Biography
Benjamin Nanchen has been a scientific collaborator at the institute of business information
systems of the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO) since February
2012. He worked for the tourist board of Crans-Montana (Switzerland) for eight years, during
which he occupied various positions in the marketing and communication department, as well
as the position of Quality Manager.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master in Business
Administration with a major in Service Management and Service Engineering from the
University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO). He received the 2011
Industry and Commerce class of the Society of Arts of Geneva prize for his master’s thesis.
