We are conducting a study on the presence of tobacco in your environment (exposure to second-hand smoke) for the ministère de la Santé. First, let’s take a few minutes to draw a portrait of your home. The information collected will be transmitted to the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux and to the Institut national de santé publique du Québec, except for your name, address and phone number. You can provide your information to us with confidence, as it will be kept confidential and will only be used for statistical purposes.To ensure the quality of the survey, my supervisor may listen in on the interview. With your permission, we will start the interview.
