Theme 1: Elaboration of global norms on CSR (UN, OECD, ISO, development banks, …)
Theme 2: Scope of responsibility (companies / groups of companies / production chains /
sphere of influence; subject matters: environment, human rights, anti-corruption, …)
Theme 3: Methods of responsibility (social responsibility v. liability; due diligence; reporting
duties)
Theme 4: International follow-up mechanisms (OECD contact points, Global Compact
governance, anti-corruption working groups, sanctioning policies of development banks, …)
