Lily Wang is National Leader of our China Focus Group, and a partner in our Corporate
Commercial Group in Vancouver. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Lily focuses her
practice on corporate/commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, and global wealth
management. She advises clients on mergers & acquisitions, corporate
reorganizations, commercial agreements, and various other corporate and commercial
matters. She also advises clients on trust law matters and global estate and assetpreservation planning, and has advised a number of high-net-worth clients on
immigration trust, in-bound trust and other global estate-planning structures.
