Located in the heart of the Alpine mountain range, Grenoble is at the same time the capital of the French Alps and the Dauphiné
region and the flattest city in Europe!
Grenoble: nature, culture and technologies
Grenoble is a city with a very rich historical and cultural heritage. Known as a first rank cultural city in France, Grenoble counts more
than 15 museums, 40 movie theaters and is the place of 22 festivals.
The technological development of the city is based on the strong relation between teaching, research and industry. Its success is
based on the excellence of many laboratories and important European research centers.

The Grenoble university pole counts more than 50.000 students, more than 200 Master degrees
