HEC Liège recrute un assistant d'enseignement et de recherche dans le domaine de la finance d'entreprise/analyse financière Le département de Finance de HEC Liège (Université de Liège) recrute un assistant d'enseignement et de recherche dans le domaine de l'analyse financière et la finance d'entreprise. Le candidat sera intégré au service d'analyse financière et de finance d'entreprise sous la direction du Professeur Marie Lambert. Description de la fonction: • • • Assurer les séances de travaux dirigés et l'encadrement des étudiants pour les cours de finance d'entreprise de master 1 et de master 2 ainsi que les cours d'introduction à la finance dans les programmes executive; Réaliser des travaux de recherche appliqués en matière de valorisation de projets/d'entreprises et d'analyse financière en collaboration avec des partenaires privés; (Optionel) S'intégrer dans un processus de recherche pré-doctorale ou postdoctorale dans le domaine de la finance d'entreprise (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Structure de Capital, ...) ou l'analyse financière. Profil souhaité: • • • • • • Etre titulaire d'un master en ingénieur ou sciences de gestion ou en sciences économiques ou d'un doctorat en sciences économiques ou de gestion; Avoir un intérêt pour les questions de recherche fondamentale et appliquée en finance d'entreprise/analyse financière; (Optionel) Avoir un agenda de recherche structuré en finance d'entreprise ou domaines assimilés; Justifier d’un sens incontestable de la pédagogie; (Optionel) Etre dans le processus de certification CFA (niveau 1) est considéré comme un atout; Langues: anglais et français. Contrat: Contrat d'un an, renouvelable, dans le service d'analyse financière et de finance d'entreprise. The candidate will work within the team of Professor Marie Lambert. Job description: • • • Teaching assistant for the courses of Corporate Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance (Masters 1 and 2) and for the introductive courses to finance in executive programs; Research assistant for applied research projects on sectorial financial analysis with the private industry; (Optional) Pre-doctoral or postdoctoral research in Corporate Finance (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Capital Structure, Merger and Acquisitions, ...) or financial analysis. Your profile: • • • • • • You have a master degree in economics or management (major: finance); You are interested in fundamental and applied research questions in corporate finance and financial analysis; (Optional, considered as an asset) You have a structured research agenda in Corporate Finance or related fields; You have teaching skills; (Optional, considered as an asset) You are in the process of the CFA certification (level 1); Languages: english and french. The knowledge of french is not mandatory but preferred. Contract: The assistant will be hired for a period of one year (renewable) within the team of Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance in the Finance Department.
