Origins, modalities and effects of patent regimes in developing countries: analysis of the
substance of the TRIPS and Free trade agreements, study of the scope of patent law amendment
in developing countries, scrutinize of the effects of new patent law on industrial development
support and public health promotion in emerging economies and developing countries.
Political economics of patent, political economics of medicines, political economics of
HIV/AIDS.
