Solution concentrée. S’utilise sur des surfaces
préalablement nettoyées, en dilution extemporanée
dans l’eau de 0,05% (0,5 ml/l) à 3% (30ml/l) selon
l’activité antimicrobienne recherchée, en respectant
le temps de contact indiqué.
Après les temps d’action, les surfaces, appareils et
cuves désinfectés qui entrent en contact avec des
aliments doivent être rincés à plusieurs reprises
avec de l’eau potable. Pour la fréquence d’utilisation
et le nettoyage du matériel d’application, se référer
au plan d’hygiène en place.
