-avoir réglé votre dépôt de garantie correspondant à un mois de loyer par virement à l’ordre de
l’Agent Comptable du CROUS AMIENS PICARDIE.
- pay your deposit corresponding to one-month rent by transfer payable to the Accountant of the
CROUS AMIENS PICARDIE.
-avoir rempli et remis votre dossier de demande d’admission, l’acte de caution ainsi que les pièces
à fournir par la caution à l’UPJV.
- fill in and hand over your application for admission file, the surety bond as well as the
documents to be supplied for the security at the UPJV.
Dans la semaine de votre arrivée, vous devrez :
- déposer à la résidence votre certificat de scolarité
-souscrire une assurance garantissant les risques locatifs.
Upon your registration at the university, you will have to :
- bring at the student residence your university attendance attestation
- subscribe a householder’ insurance
Un règlement intérieur vous sera remis. Pendant toute la durée du séjour, le nettoyage de la
chambre est à la charge de l’étudiant. La chambre devra être rendue propre au départ de l’étudiant.
Rules of procedure will be handed over to you. During the term of your stay, the cleaning of the
room has to be made by the student. The room will have to be returned clean when the student leaves.
Tout étudiant ne présentant pas de dossier ou n’ayant pas de cautionnaire devra
obligatoirement régler la totalité des loyers dès son arrivée (cf guide d’accueil UPJV).
Any student who does not submit a file or who does not have guarantor will have to pay
all of the rents at his/her arrival (see UPJV welcoming guide).

During this period the guarantor commitment remains valid as long as the CROUS had not, if need be, in accordance with the
regulations accepted another joint surety, recognized solvent by it.

Toutes les créances du CROUS d’AMIENS-PICARDIE à l’égard de cet ou de ces étudiants, ayant pour origine, pour quelque cause
que ce soit, son séjour dans ce logement, en particulier les créances résultant des redevances impayées, ou des frais occasionnés par la
remise en état après dégradation des locaux occupés. En cas d'impossibilité de recouvrement amiable des sommes dues, dans le cadre
d'un recouvrement contentieux par un huissier de Justice, l'ensemble des frais et honoraires de procédure resteront, aux termes de la
loi, à la pleine et entière charge du débiteur.
All debts of the CROUS of AMIENS PICARDIE concerning this or these students, arising, for any reason whatsoever, from his/her
stay in this accommodation, in particular the debts resulting from the unpaid rental charges, or from the costs incurred by the repair
after damage of the occupied premises. In case of impossibility of amicable collection of the outstanding sums, within the scope of a
contentious collection by a Bailiff, all of the proceedings costs and fees shall be paid, by virtue of the law, by the debtor.

Mon engagement est limité à hauteur de 12 mensualités (loyer ou redevance), le tarif étant déterminé selon le type de
logement occupé, augmentées, le cas échéant, des dégradations et réparations locatives mises à la charge de l’étudiant, et des
éventuels frais de procédure. Je prends note que les tarifs sont disponibles sur le site du CROUS d’Amiens(*) et communiqués
sur simple demande auprès de la résidence d’affectation.
My commitment is limited up to 12 monthly payments (rent or rental charges), the tariff being determined according to
the type of accommodation occupied, increased, if need be, by the damages and rental repairs to be paid by the student, and the
possible proceedings costs. I make note that the tariffs are available on the site of the CROUS of Amiens (*) and passed on
upon simple request at the affectation residence.
