TRAY PREPARATION: Mold the “boil‟n-bite” trays to the teeth. They are molded by heating them up in hot or
boiling water and then placing them in the mouth to form a precise mold of the teeth. The special blend of polymers has
a very low molding temperature so there is no need to use extremely hot boiling water.
Step 1: Boil a pot of water and then submerge one mouth tray into it for 3-5 seconds or until the mouthpiece begins to
wilt slightly. CAUTION: Keeping the tray submerged for too long will cause them to shrink.
Step 2: Place the mouth tray into your mouth and bite down on it, while at the same time pressing it against the front of
your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool and your mouth tray is now
perfectly molded to your teeth. Repeat with the other mouth tray.
Step 3: When you have finished molding both mouth trays, cut the holding-tabs off of the mouthpieces so that you can
close your mouth completely when then mouth trays are in your mouth.
Step 4: Make sure that the bleaching trays are clean and dry before applying the whitening gel. Moisture reduces the
efficiency of the whitening gel and slows down the whitening process. Brush and floss your teeth just prior to
bleaching. Place a line of whitening gel on the inner front surface of the tray, and spread it around the front surface
(i.e., the surface that will be touching the front of your teeth). You should put just enough gel so that the tray surface
has a thin layer of gel. Do not put too much gel as this will cause it to go on your gums and could cause gum irritation.
The average mouth tray requires less than 0.5ml of whitening gel per arch. Repeat with second tray. Recap the syringe
for the next treatment until empty.
Step 5: Insert whitening trays in the mouth over the teeth. Set the tray firmly against the teeth. Wipe off any excess gel
that has seeped over the brim of the tray onto the gums with a tissue.
Step 6: You should wear the trays between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on your sensitivity level. Due to the high
concentration, start with 30-minute session once a day and if you feel no tooth sensitivity after a few days proceed to
the following: 45 minutes up to 1 hour once a day for 7-10 days. Do not exceed 1 hour per application.
Step 7: After completion of each whitening session, remove the trays and rinse off your teeth. Brush any remaining gel
away. Wash your mouth trays with a tooth brush or Q-tip and cold water. Store in a dry place (preferably in a retainer
case). Be sure to keep the whitening gel in a cool place or in refrigeration. Take the gel out of the fridge at least 1 hour
before each teeth whitening session so it is at room temperature when you use it. Whitening gel that comes in contact
with gum tissue or lips during the treatment may cause irritation or whitening of these areas. This is due to inadvertent
exposure of small areas to the whitening gel. The irritation or whitening of gums and lips are transient and the color
change of the gum tissue will reverse within 30 min. You may feel a stinging or tingling sensation of these soft tissues
if the gel comes in contact with them.
The green remineralization gel is used to remineralize the teeth and prevent tooth sensitivity. Apply a small bead
directly on your finger and apply on your teeth and gums . There is no danger in swallowing excess.DO NOT USE IF:
pregnant/nursing, poor dental health (decaying teeth, exposed roots, gum disease, you wear braces, had recent oral
surgery, jaw problems), allergic to peroxide. Discontinue use if you feel a sharp pain in a tooth, and consult with your
dentist immediately.
IMPORTANT: During the entire length of your whitening treatment, you should avoid staining beverages as
much as possible, including coffee, tea, red wine, colas, and citrus beverages. If you must consume these, it is
highly recommended to do so through a straw.

Kit de blanchiment des dents pour le traitement à domicile
1. Portez de l‟eau à ébullition . Immergez la gouttière de blanchiment dans l‟eau chaude pendant 3 -5 secondes. La
gouttière de blanchiment doit être souple, de manière à pouvoir être aisément moulée sur vos dents .
Note : Ne surchauffez pas la gouttière, au risque de l‟abîmer. Pour éviter des lésions à la bouche et aux gencives,
veillez à ce que l‟eau ne soit pas bouillante.
2. Laissez refroidir la gouttière après l„avoir retirée de l‟eau, de manière à ne pas vous brûler la bouche lors de la pose.
Posez la gouttière de blanchiment ramollie sur vos dents, en mordant légèrement pour qu‟elle s‟adapte bien à votre
dentition. Moulez à l‟aide de votre langue et pressez contre le devant et le côté des dents avec vos doigts. En même
temps, poussez la langue contre le palais pour expulser le surplus d‟eau et d‟air de la gouttière en plastique. Retirez le
dentier adaptable de la bouche pour le laisser refroidir et durcir.
3. Lorsque la gouttière est à nouveau rigide, placez-la dans la bouche pour vous assurer qu‟elle est bien adaptée. Quand
vous êtes satisfait du moulage, découpez le support en plastique à l‟avant de la gouttière à l‟aide de ciseaux.
4. Assurez-vous que les gouttières sont propres et sèches avant d‟appliquer le gel blanchissant. Brossez vos dents et
passez le fil dentaire avant d‟appliquer le produit de blanchiment. Remplissez le pourtour intérieur de la gouttière de
petites doses de gel blanchissant afin de couvrir tout son périmètre d„une couche de gel uniforme.
Note : Un blanchiment requiert un minimum de 0.5 ml de gel blanchissant (1 mesure de seringue). Pas plus, pour
éviter une irritation.
5. Appliquez la gouttière sur les dents en la pressant légèrement, de manière à ce que le gel blanchissant recouvre toute
la surface des arcades dentaires. L‟excédent de gel peut être éliminé en crachant ou en frottant les gencives et la bouche
à l‟aide d‟un mouchoir. La gouttière avec gel est efficace lorsqu‟elle est appliquée une fois par jour, à raison de 30 à 60
minutes en fonction de la sensibilité de vos dents.
Note : On obtient un résultat optimal après 7 à 10 jours de traitement.
6. Une fois l‟opération de blanchiment terminée, nettoyez la gouttière en la maintenant par le support en plastique, en
utilisant de l„eau chaude et une brosse à dents. L‟irritation des gencives ou lèvres : si le gel de blanchiment entre en
contact avec les gencives ou les lèvres durant le traitement, cela peut occasionner une inflammation ou le blanchiment
de la zone affectée due a une exposition accidentelle des tissus de ces petites zones au gel de blanchiment. L‟irritation
ou la décoloration des gencives ou des lèvres est temporaire et celles-ci reprendront leur couleur habituelle dans une
demi-heure. Une sensation de picotement peut également survenir sur les zones avec lesquelles le gel entre en contact.
Le gel reminéralisant vert reminéralise les dents et prévient la sensibilité de dents. Appliquer directement sur votre
doigt une petite bille de gel et appliquer sur vos dents et gencives .Vous pouvez en avaler sans danger. Utilisez une ou
deux fois par semaine selon votre sensibilité dentaire.
Ce traitement ne peut pas être utilisé par des femmes enceintes, femmes qui allaitent, personnes âgées de moins
de 14 ans, personnes atteintes d’une maladie des gencives, ayant des caries non soignées, des plombages
déchaussés, ou d’autres troubles dentaires et par des personnes allergiques au peroxide d’hydrogène et à l’aloès.
IMPORTANT: Pendant la durée du traitement de blanchiment des dents, vous devez éviter tous les agents qui
puissent tâcher vos dents (café, the, vin rouge, tabac, etc.)
