It was once the very banal story of a siren of our days, which lets herself catched at the play of
happiness. In her drawers, she leaves her memory and she escapes in the direction she prefers. This
Bad Girl, she swears, she "ensures that", just for the pleasure. Sometimes, her reality catches up with
her in the refrigerator or in a mirror, and then she heats the remainders, because she doesnÊt want to
pass from everything to nothing.

Like her shipwrecked man swimming counter-current, she clings to life, on surfaces which slip, so
inevitably she falls. However, at the end of the tale, isnÊt it always a dream?

This is this impalpable moment where the beginning melts into the end.
After "Face ou pile", her 8-tracks-CD(supported by the Radio Le Mouv’ and Radio Néo, by
Réseau Starter, Selection O(c)toprod 3 of la Fnac, finalist of the song-Contest Chorus des
Hauts-de-Seine 2005, Grand Prix of the Jury at “Les Imprévus-AOL Music-Contest2006”), AnA
M comes back with her first album "HISTOIRES SANS FIN"(“Stories without ending”)
With maturity, AnA M shows herself along 14 songs that she wrote, composed, and arranged as
the pages of a book.
A book, yes… a theatre book, in five acts, with a prologue and an epilogue.
Chanson on the side court, pop rock on the side garden and words on the heart side. In AnA
M’s work, this is well the words which call and punctuate the music.
In her lyrics, we refind her questions about identity and appearances. Stories which tell
about this END that AnA M tastes on her album’s cover: the end of a romance, the end of life
but also the desire to liberate herself and to put the mask off.
As if her story were dedicated to repeat itself, AnA M opens the ball with a new version of
her song “AnA M” (the video clip is included as a bonus on this CD).

Bio AnA M
Born in Lyon (France), AnA M multiplies collaborations in France and Germany: her
beginning in the theatre brings her 2000 to the jazz department of the National Music
School of Berlin, she experiments then on stage and in studios: electro with the DJs
Harryo (U.S.A) and Topcat (Irland-Japan) playing regularly at the "Bastard@Prater of
the Volksbühne", jazz/ bossa/ chanson with Sosono (Tour in Germany, Switzerland,
Portugal, Price of the Senate in Berlin en 2001), hip hop/ nujazz/ groove with the
label Hamton (Berlin/ Hamburg), collaborations with various studios, etc.
From 2002, she improvises with the famous pianist Antonis Anissegos (Greece) and begins to
play her own compositions with Marco Tschirpke (Germany).
Back in France, she focuses on the writing and composing of her own music, deeply
influenced by her love for theatre and her stay in Berlin.
From 2004, she plays on stage with 4 musicians (drums, bass, keyboards and guitar) and
records 8 songs gathered in “Face ou Pile”. MAUSS wrote the title-song of her album
and will be featuring AnA M on the song “Relâche moi” (L’Année du Chien, Mercury/
Universal, October 2005)
In 2005, AnA M is finalist of the famous national Songcontest “Chorus des Hauts de
Seine”, the Theatre of Villefranche-sur-Saône supports her.
In 2006, she took time to compose and to write. In April, her remix of « la
Métamorphose de Mr Chat » came out on a maxi-Cd by Dionysos (Barclay) with Déportivo,
Cali, Olivia Ruiz, etc.
AOL-Music delivers her the “Grand Prix of the Jury” for her work.
In 2007, her first album «Histoires sans fin » comes out with the support of the
SACEM. The song « Les Complexes » is part of the compilations « Indétendances » (Fnac)
and « AOL-Music » (Magazine Les Inrocks).
In 2008, the album has been reedited (Evendo/ Kléa Music).
