Hansen Industrial Gearbox Services introduces complete spare parts packages
Edegem, Antwerp, Belgium, 18 March 2015. The service department of Hansen Industrial
Transmissions nv (HIT) has introduced its ‘All-in-One spares kits’. These kits contain all of the
spare parts and accessories that are necessary to replace critical components in a gear unit, such
as a shaft or a gearwheel. In April 2015, this innovative concept from HIT services will also be
presented visually and fully explained at the Maintenance Antwerp and Maintenance Next
Rotterdam trade fairs.
When the requirement arises to replace a faulty shaft or a damaged gearwheel, users can obviously
attempt to order the original spare parts. However, in addition to the shaft or the gearwheel, it is usually the
case that bearings, seals, etc. also need to be replaced.
Consequently, the user's purchasing department will most likely have to contact several vendors to secure
the various parts. From there, they have to request and compare quotes, prepare orders and start up the
internal logistics to ensure that everything is delivered in good time. This is quite a cost-intensive and
time-intensive procedure. In the context of HIT’s efforts at attaining sustainable partnerships, in which
‘thinking together with the customer’ is an underlying theme, it now offers ALL-in-ONE SPARES KITS.
These complete spare parts packages are available for all of the HIT product ranges.
The benefits available to end users are countless. In particular, they will experience better control of the
total cost of ownership of their installed drives and the total package price for their spare part(s) will be
cheaper thanks to the ‘all-in-one’ and ‘one-stop-shop’ principles. In addition, the customer is guaranteed
the correct parts (OEM certified original parts). This in turn will ensure an extension to the life of the drives
as well as making traceability straightforward.
Finally, the spare parts packages are also covered by the one year HIT guarantee terms.

Edegem-Antwerpen, 24 maart 2015. De service-afdeling van Hansen Industrial Transmissions nv
(HIT) introduceert zijn “all-in-one spares kits”. Deze kits of pakketten bevatten alle onderdelen en
toebehoren om cruciale componenten zoals een as of een tandwiel, in een tandwielkast te
vervangen. In april, op de beurzen Maintenance Antwerpen en Maintenance Next Rotterdam, wordt
deze nieuwigheid van HIT services ook visueel voorgesteld en toegelicht.
Voor het vervangen van een defecte as of een beschadigd tandwiel kunnen gebruikers uiteraard de
originele wisselstukken bestellen. Echter dienen naast de as of het wiel meestal ook lagers, afdichtingen
enz. mee vervangen te worden.
Vaak zal de aankoopdienst van de gebruiker dan meerdere leveranciers contacteren voor de
verschillende toebehoren. Vervolgens moet men offertes aanvragen en vergelijken, bestelbonnen
opmaken en de interne logistiek opstarten om alles tijdig aangeleverd te krijgen; een tijds- en
kostenintensief gebeuren.
In het kader van “streven naar duurzame partnerschappen”, waarbij HIT het ‘meedenken met de klant’
hoog in het vaandel dragen biedt het bedrijf “ALL-IN-ONE SPARES KITS” aan.
Deze complete vervang-

Hansen Industrial Gearbox Services lance des « kits de rechange » complets.
Edegem-Anvers, le 24 mars 2015. Le département de service après-vente de Hansen Industrial
Transmissions SA (HIT) lance ses kits de rechange « tout-en-un ». Ces kits ou packs contiennent
tous les accessoires et pièces permettant de remplacer des composants cruciaux dans une
transmission, /un réducteur de vitesse comme un arbre ou une roue dentée. Cette nouveauté des
services HIT sera présentée visuellement et commentée en avril, aux salons Maintenance à
Anvers et Maintenance Next à Rotterdam.
Pour le remplacement d’un arbre défectueux ou d’une roue dentée endommagée, les utilisateurs peuvent
évidemment commander les pièces de rechange originales. Toutefois, le remplacement d’un arbre ou d’un
engrenage s’accompagne de celui des joints, des roulements, etc.
A cette fin, l’utilisateur doit souvent contacter plusieurs fournisseurs pour les différents accessoires. Il faut
ensuite demander des offres et les comparer, établir les bons de commande et démarrer la logistique
interne pour que tout soit livré à temps ; une procédure fastidieuse et coûteuse.
Dans le cadre des « efforts visant des partenariats durables », où HIT tient en haute estime ‘l’engagement
avec le client’, la société propose des « KITS DE RECHANGE TOUT-EN-UN ». Ces packs de
remplacement complets sont disponibles pour toutes les séries de produits HIT.
Les avantages pour l’utilisateur final sont légion. Il obtient avant tout un meilleur contrôle du coût total de
possession de ses transmissions installées, et le prix total du pack pour sa ou ses pièces est évidemment
plus avantageux grâce aux principes « tout-en-un » et « guichet unique ». De plus, le client a la garantie
d’obtenir les bonnes pièces (pièces originales certifiées du fabricant d’équipement d’origine). Il en résulte
