The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (“RBS”) informe par la présente les anciens porteurs de certains
Certificats et Mini-Future Certificates (les “Titres”), initialement émis par ABN AMRO Bank N.V.,
The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. ou The Royal Bank of Scotland plc qu’elle a identifié plusieurs
erreurs opérationnelles ayant eu une influence sur la fixation du prix des Titres effectuée par leur
émetteur respectif. Par conséquent, RBS offrira une indemnisation aux anciens porteurs des Titres
dont tout ou partie de leurs Titres ont été vendus ou remboursés avant le 14 décembre 2015 et qui
ont subi une perte résultant de ces erreurs.
Les anciens porteurs des Titres sont invités à se rendre sur le site internet de RBS
www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com où des informations supplémentaires sont disponibles, y
compris les dénominations et les codes ISIN des Titres concernés, et sont invités à renseigner
leurs coordonnées afin que RBS puisse directement les contacter en temps utile.

The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (“RBS”) hereby gives notice to the former holders of certain
Certificates and Mini Future Certificates (together, the “Securities”) originally issued by ABN
AMRO Bank N.V., The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. or The Royal Bank of Scotland plc that
operational errors have been identified by RBS which have impacted the pricing of the Securities
by the respective issuer. As a result RBS will offer redress to former holders of the Securities who
sold or redeemed either part or the whole of their holding prior to 14 December 2015 and suffered
a loss as a result of the errors.
Former
holders
of
the
Securities
are
invited
to
visit
the
RBS
website
www.rbscertificatesreview.rbs.com where further details are available, including the names and
ISINs of the impacted Securities, and are invited to register their contact details so that RBS can
contact them directly in due course.
