sono sottoposti alle disposizioni inerenti i
contratti di locazione per abitazione

Nachstehend finden Sie einige Auszüge aus
dem Ministerialerlaß über die Aufteilung der
Kategorien von möblierten Wohnungen für
den Fremdenverkehr.
Verbraucherschutz :
1. Beschreibung. Die Vermieter einer möblierten, klassifizierten Wohnung sendet dem
potentiellen Mieter eine Zustandsbeschreibung gemäß Er laß vom 8. Januar 1993 (Es
wird empfohlen, diese Beschreib ung auf
jeden Fall anzufordern).
2. Mietbedingungen. Die Mietv er träge für
saisonal möblierte Wohnungen unterstehen
in keiner Weise den Anordnungen für
Mietverträge von Dauer-wohnungen.
