Assister l'ingénieur de projet (IP) dans le développement et les essais de nouvelles conceptions
d'installation moteur PT6A turboprop.
Assist project engineers (PE) to develop and test new engine designs for PT6A turboprop aircraft
installations.

Assister l'ingénieur de projet (IP) dans les nouvelles conceptions du produit, incluant la definition des exigences
techniques, les échéanciers et les livrables;
Assister l'IP dans la vérification, la validation et la certification parmi une équipe multi-disciplinaire;
Assister l'IP dans le développement et le suivi des échéanciers du programme;
Assister l'IP dans la réduction du poids et du coût du produit;
Assister les opérations manufacturières, service-client et marketing;
Assister les taches de gestions budgétaires du programme;
Assister l'IP et le Directeur du Programme, si requis;
Assister le développement de nouveaux outils de gestion et de planification internes à la compagnie.
Assist PE new product design, including setting technical requirements, schedules and deliverables;
Assist design verification, validation and certification activities within a multidisciplinary team;
Assist development and tracking of Program schedule;
Assist weight and cost reduction tasks;
Assist to Manufacturing Operations, Field Service, Marketing;
Assist program budget management tasks;
Assist Program Director/Manager and Project Engineers as required;
Assist development of new management and planning tools internal to the company.

Deliverables:
Adapt and tailor to PT6A Turboprop Project Engineering department some new IT management tools
and applications. These IT applications are already available internally at PWC.
Present to a team of Project Engineers new management tools and assist in implementation.
Generate new parts lists, preparation, installation and instrumentation for engine testing.
Create, revise and carry to final approval internal official documents related to new engine programs.
With responsible PE, assist management of development, analysis, testing and reporting on new
potential PT6A turboprop engine aircraft installations.
Benefit:
Student will benefit the PT6A Project Engineering group by assisting with managing engineering changes,
technical communications with suppliers and customers, overseeing design jobs and milestones.

Starting Date: 02 May 2016
Number Hours:
500 hours with potential extention of 200 hours

MS Projects, MS Office tools.
Pre-requisite:
Étudiant en ingénierie aéronautique ou mécanique possédant des habiletés de communicatioin. La
personne recherchée doit être organisée, capable de travailler de manière autonome, et elle doit avoir
une forte capacité d'adaptation.
L'étudiant doit être disponible un minimum de 3 jours par semaine.
Undergraduate student in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with:
Strong organization and communication skills;
Self-starter and remain focused to task closure;
Strong adaptation skills;
Innovative approach;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to synthesize rapidly.
Student must be available at least 3 days a week.
