My experience skating on XTRAICE
Mon expérience de patinage sur XTRA ICE
In my career I’ve already had to use all kind of synthetic ice in shows.
Dans ma carrière, j’ai été amenée à utiliser toutes sortes de patinoire
synthétiques lors de shows.
Now I have tested XTRAICE and this is a whole different experience.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai testé la patinoire XTRA-ICE et c’est une expérience
totalement différente.
On XTRAICE, skating is much more smooth than on other synthetic ice.
Sur XTRA-ICE le patinage est beaucoup plus doux que sur d’autres surfaces
synthétiques
You need much less effort when gliding on XTRAICE.
Vous avez beaucoup moins d’effort à produire pour patiner sur XTRA-ICE
While on conventional ice you freeze your feet, on all other synthetic ice surfaces
the feet get burning hot because of the friction.
Sur la glace naturelle, vos pieds sont gelés et sur toutes les autres surfaces
synthétiques vos pieds deviennent brulants à cause de la friction.
XTRAICE is great because your feet don’t get cold or hot, just very comfortable.
XTRA-ICE est super, car vos pieds ne deviennent ni chauds ni froids, ils sont
juste confortables
Also, normally other synthetic ice surfaces get very messed up because of the
loose abrasions.
Par ailleurs, les autres surfaces synthétiques se salissent très vite de par les
pertes dues à l’abrasion.
Moreover, skating on other synthetic ice can be very stressful because the seams
are uneven and you have to watch out where to put your feet.
De plus, patiner sur les autres surfaces synthétiques peut être très stressant car
les joints sont irréguliers et vous devez regarder ou poser vos pieds.
XTRAICE is totally seamless and you cannot feel the connections of the panels.
XTRA-ICE semble totalement sans joints et vous ne sentez aucune liaison entre
les panneaux.
After testing XTRAICE I was so convinced about it that I have bought my own
surface for training and teaching.
I can recommend XTRAICE as a substitute to conventional ice.
Après avoir patiné et testé XTRA-ICE, j’ai été tellement convaincue que je l’ai
acheté pour mon utilisation personnelle, pour l’entrainement et donner mes
leçons.
Je peux recommander XTRA ICE comme substitut à la glace artificielle
traditionnelle.
