Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Der Zylinderschalter signalisiert die Position des Kolbens in einem Zylinder. Er erfaßt einen Ringmagneten im Zylinderkolben, wenn er die
Position des Schalters passiert und meldet dies durch ein Schaltsignal.
• Überfahrgeschwindigkeit bis 5m/s.
• Einsetzbar an allen handelsüblichen Zylindern aus nicht magnetisierbarem Material.
• Geeignet in AC/DC - und 1000Hz Mittelfrequenz-Schweißanlagen.

Montage
Befestigen Sie den Zylinderschalter mit den passenden Montageteilen
(Zubehör, gesondert zu bestellen) auf dem Zylinder. Wählen Sie zum
Befestigen die Position, an der Sie die Kolbenstellung abfragen wollen.
Sichern Sie den Zylinderschalter ausreichend gegen Loslösen.
Die aktive Fläche (1) befindet
sich gegenüber den LED’s (2)
zwischen den eingeprägten Sensorsymbolen.

Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Gerät
nach den Angaben auf dem Typenschild an.
Adernfarben bei Kabelgeräten:
BN = braun, BU = blau, BK = schwarz, WH = weiß.

Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät sicher funktioniert.
• LED grün leuchtet: Gerät ist betriebsbereit
• LED gelb leuchtet: Ausgang ist geschaltet
Function and features
Electrical connection
The cylinder switch signals the position of the piston in a cylinder. It
detects a ring magnet in the piston of the cylinder when it passes the
switch and signals this by means of an output signal.
• T ravel speed up to 5m/s.
• Can be used on all commercial cylinders made of non-magnetizable
material.
• Suited for AC/DC and 1000 Hz medium frequency welding installations

Disconnect power before connecting the proximity switch.
Connection strictly to the indications on the type label.

Operation
Check the safe functioning of the switch.
• LED gr een is lit: unit is ready for operation

Mounting
Fasten the cylinder switch on the cylinder with a suitable clamp (available separately). Fix it in the position in which the piston is to be
detected. Secure it sufficiently so that it cannot work loose.
The active face (1) is opposite
the LED's (2) between the
engraved sensor symbols.

Fonctionnement et caractéristiques
Raccordement électrique
Le capteur pour vérins signale la position du piston d’un vérin. Le capteur pour vérins détecte l’aimant torique du piston du vérin quand
celui-ci passe à proximité et signale cela par une commutation.
• V itesse de passage du piston jusqu’à 5m/s.
• Utilisable avec tous les vérins à corps non magnétisable.
• Conçu pour les systèmes de soudage DC et AC d'une fréquence de
1000 Hz.
Mettre l’installation hors tension avant le raccordement du
détecteur de proximité. Raccordement strictement selon les indications de l’étiquette.
Couleurs des fils pour capteurs avec sortie sur câble:
BN = brun, BU = bleu, BK = noir, WH = blanc.

Vérifier le bon fonctionnement du détecteur.

Montage
Fixer le capteur pour vérins sur le vérin à l'aide des accessoires de montage appropriés (à commander séparément). Chercher la position dans
laquelle l'aimant du vérin est détecté et fixer le capteur solidement.
La face active (1) se trouve à
l'opposé des LED (2) entre les 2
symboles de détecteur gravés.
