Hi, I communicate you these emails as I face a difficult situation which concerns the whole of us. I already
sent you emails. The situation now is such that I faced a trap done to disqualify me, June 20, and my
reaction was to ask to the interim proceedings judge to act. I failed, but observed the trap and the
numerous abuses I faced for years now, which went to indicate a false ascendancy in the course of
abusive complaints filed against me. I decided to present a second interim proceedings which was at the
court Monday 27. The decision taken is identical to the first one, though the documents and demands
concerns my right to have my real ascendancy on each single document presenting me. I, in fact,
presented five demands: ‐ to recognize the evident abuses done, ‐ to cancel each single document which presents me with a false ascendancy, ‐ to recognize that nothing concerning me explains this situation, and that the sole explanation is that
the real target is Bill Gates, ‐ to recall that due to my situation, I must not be asked fees in my proceedings, ‐ to impose the hearing of Bill Gates, which I repeatedly asked in vain, though he never opposed to my
numerous emails asking for it. Only his hearing can permit me to know why 26 years of my life were
destroyed, and to end this nightmare. These demands correspond completely to the article 521‐2 of the code of administrative justice. The
urgency is obvious, linked to the fact I face two opposite connections on my compuuter, and presented a
wrong interim proceedings due to a trap, as I experiment some on a regular basis, what endangers me.
Furthermore, the violation of human rights is undeniable with the false ascendancy used to present me,
and to the refusal to end this aggression. Many articles of the DDHC and of the european convention for
the protection of human rights are violated, and it is the duty of the administrative judge to examine
the proceedings done concerning such abuses in urgency. I should be protected since Wednesday, and I am
not. When the issues are such, I am warned that the police may come abusively at my home, as it already
did in the past. My sole protection is the mails I can send to warn, reason why I send you this one and
ask you to communicate it widely. If Bill Gates is targeted the way he is, whose safety can be insured? I ask you to read the attachments, and to help me to obtain protection and justice. I should obtain it

divorced). The court of Mulhouse, as it investigated a complaint filed against me by the licra, which I
consider abusive, conceived in the sole aim to obtain that I cancel my FBI complaints against the
harassment experienced, presents me as the daugher of Roger and Therese Rey. The judge did not answer to
the question I sent her in a charged letter, concerning the origin of this falseness which appears
nowhere. She did not change as I asked her to indicate my real ascendancy, as it appears since ever, on
every documents concerning me. I asked it again in the request in nullity I filed. March 31, 2016, the
court of appeal of Colmar wrote that my petition was legal, but refused it, without answering to a
single argument. It went to indicate the reverse. I am now the daughter of Roger and Rey Therese. It
seems that the goal is to hide a spoliation of inheritance decided by the government, back in 2009. My
four brother and sisters were used against me. Here are few elements. It is a textbool case, and a test concerning Amnesty. Bill Gates is american, I
am french. We both pay for 26 years the fact he publicly payed attention to me, though non jewish. Can
you, as Amnesty, denounce this situation of undeniable human rights' violation? I see no law which could
permit to change the ascendancy of a person, and to practice it express clearly that it is an abuse

et le faire exprime clairement que c'est un abus au milieu de nombreux autres, faits de façon délibérée,
dans un but de provocation et d'affirmation de ce que l'on est au‐dessus des lois.

mon ascendance, que je n'accepte pas, et que je trouverais irresponsable d'accepter. Ce deuxième référé
liberté, déposé à l'accueil le 27 juin, n'a pas été examiné. L'ordonnance rendue est celle du premier,
avec le même numéro, le même texte. J'ai donc renvoyé un exemplaire en RAR de Paris Louvre le 29, il a
été distribué le 1° juillet. Je n'ai ni accusé réception, ni réponse. Certes, les délais sont très

Je perçois mal l'accueil du TA qui me fait plus penser à un écueil qu'autre chose. On y moque les
justiciables en leur absence et en leur présence, critique telle ou tel qui "est là tous les jours"...et
que pourrait‐il/elle faire d'autre, en pareille circonstance ? L'accueil suggère au greffe de cacher son
enthousiasme, nomme le service référés les "urgences", terme réputé médical...tout à l'avenant.
L'impression est d'un barrage depuis la détermination à bloquer les plaintes gênantes. Je pensais y retourner vendredi, mais le résultat de ce comportement commun et manifestement ritualisé,
fut de me donner envie de voir ce qui serait fait. Je n'ai pas d'email me communiquant un identifiant
sagace, comme on m'a dit que ça se faisait lors de mon premier passage. J'y retourne donc lundi, à
l'ouverture, ahurie de ce que dans le pays réputé celui des droits de l'homme, on puisse perpétrer
pareils abus dans des juridictions différentes, sur plusieurs années. Même si ce référé n'était pas
étudié, je me pourvoirais en cassation, demanderais donc l'AJ pour ce faire, et en cas de refus, j'irais
devant la CEDH. Ma position est claire : les précédentes victimes ‐réelles, pas le greffier du TA que
l'accueil nomme lourdement ainsi pour faire comprendre au justiciable qu'il dérange‐ en ne signalant pas
ce qui leur était fait, ont permis ce que j'ai subi. Je considère que la victime a une responsabilité,
dès qu'elle n'est plus écrasée : exiger l'application de la loi. Pas plus, pas moins. Il y a des élections dans l'année à venir. Il serait bon de savoir précisément pour qui l'on vote, et ce
