Come enjoy a fun and scenic tour
of the Upper Pontiac!
Our routes travel through lovely villages in the upper region
of Pontiac County showcasing the beauty of the area.
Bike along rural and quiet cottage roads and see farms,
rolling hills, the Laurentian Mountains, forests, an
historic fur trade post along the Ottawa River. Meet
for lunch at the Sheenboro Hall and to share the day’s
biking experiences. Enjoy some local entertainment as
musicians play for us in the hall.
En italien, « gran fondo » signifie une longue distance
ou grande endurance. Le granfondo de Sheenboro est
le troisième événement de cyclisme annuel dans le
haut Pontiac qui comprend les paysages ainsi que des
parcours amusants pour le débutants jusqu’au cyclistes
expérimentés. Le jour se finalise avec le Fondofesta
(dîner) entre les cyclistes.
Venez-vous amuser à faire un tour
panoramique du haut Pontiac!
Nos routes passent à l’entremise des charmants villages
dans la haute région du Pontiac exposant la beauté de
notre domaine.
Passez le long des chemins villégiateurs et vous verrez
les fermes, collines, montagnes Laurentiennes, forêts
et un ancien poste de traite de fourrure le long de la
rivière des Outaouais. Joignez-vous pour un lunch à
la salle paroissiale de Sheenboro afin de partager vos
expériences du jour. Vous pourrez vous jouir du talent
local en écoutant les musiciens dans la salle.

7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
I (we) the registrant(s) understand that in the event that
the race is cancelled or postponed as a result of (and not
limited to) an act of God, Natural Disaster, war, strike,
revolution, lack or failure of transportation facilities,
laws or interventions or actions of statutory bodies,
major accidents during the race, or other such causes,
the Sheenboro Granfondo event organizers will make
every effort to reschedule the event to a later date of their
choosing. If the registrant cannot make the rescheduled
date, the registrant acknowledges that NO REFUND or
CREDIT to future races will be granted.
Adam Yantha of Yantha Cycle
will be our ride-along mechanic.
Check-in: 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., Sheenboro Hall
Ride start: We leave at 9:00 a.m. sharp
Routes: Three different routes:
85 km. road bike,
60 km. road bike and,
35 km. road or hybrid bike.
Sheenboro Granfondo closure or course alteration: no
refund or credit should be offered if the event is postponed
or rerouted or shortened after the event has begun.
Place: Sheenboro, Hall

Registration Includes Lunch:

waiver on site, and waive certain rights.

d’un acte de Dieu, catastrophe naturelle, guerre, grève,
révolution, manque d’installations de transport, lois ou
interventions ou accidents majeures lors de la course,
ou d’autres causes telles quelles, les organisateurs du
Granfondo Sheenboro feront tous les efforts pour reporter
l’événement à une date antérieure de leur choix. Si
l’inscrit ne peut s’y rendre pour la prochaine date, l’inscrit
reconnaît qu’il n’y aura AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT
ni de CRÉDIT pour des événements tenus dans le futur.

In Italian, “gran fondo” means long distance or great
endurance. Sheenboro’s Granfondo is the third annual
cycling event in the Upper Pontiac that is about scenic
and fun courses appealing to beginner, novice and
experienced cyclists. The day ends with a Fondofesta
(lunch) with fellow bikers.
