RÈGLEMENTATION
• Shorts et bermudas interdits
• Bonnet de bain obligatoire
• Paddles, masques et palmes interdits sauf autorisation
du chef de bassin
• Enfants de moins de 10 ans :
accès accompagné sous la responsabilité d’un adulte
• La délivrance des tickets d’accès cesse une demi-heure
avant la fermeture
• Les nageurs doivent quitter le bassin vingt minutes
avant la fermeture

Des activités aquatiques pour tous !
La ville de Nice a décidé d’élargir de nouvelles plages d’ouverture au public (nocturne
Jean Bouin le lundi) et de créer des animations aquatiques à destination de l’ensemble
des usagers.
• d’une part, les enfants au travers d’une structure d’apprentissage : l’Ecole
Municipale des Sports, dont une section est consacrée à l’intégration des jeunes
porteurs de handicap.
• d’autre part, les publics spécifiques tels que les jeunes enfants, les femmes
enceintes, les seniors, les bébés nageurs.
Toutes les activités aquatiques proposées dans les piscines municipales sont encadrées
par du personnel diplômé ayant suivi une formation spécialisée.
L’organisation mise en place s’appuie, le cas échéant, sur du partenariat avec d’autres
institutions publiques et vise à satisfaire rapidement les attentes des Niçois en matière
d’activités physique et sportive.
POUR ADULTES
AQUAGYM PRÉNATALE
Il est proposé aux femmes enceintes des exercices de gymnastique prénatale
permettant par la détente et la relaxation de favoriser une bonne préparation physique
à l’accouchement.
ACTIVITÉS POUR LES SENIORS
• Masters : natation sportive, apprentissage et perfectionnement dans les 4 nages.
• Aquagym : activité sans risque accessible à tous.
Séances de remise en forme adaptées a la condition physique de chacun.
• Aquavitale : aquagym douce
• Aquaform : pour les personnes en surcharge pondérale
AQUABIKING
Pour adultes (Jean Bouin) pédaler dans l’eau et affiner son corps
POUR ENFANTS
ACTIVITÉS BÉBÉS NAGEURS
Activité ouverte aux enfants de moins de 3 ans.
Une équipe pluridisciplinaire constituée d’éducateurs sportifs, de pédiatres, de
psychologues de la petite enfance se tient à la disposition des parents pour une
réunion d’information préalable.
JARDIN AQUATIQUE - 3 à 6 ans
Ateliers d’initiation aux sports, aux jeux de natation et à la maîtrise du milieu aquatique.
Les parents peuvent participer.
ECOLE MUNICIPALE DES SPORTS - 6 à 12 ans
Initiation aux 4 nages, au water-polo et aux palmes-masque tuba.
Tarif selon quotien familial.
