Free competition containing a giveaway called "My Daily Look" with no obligation to buy - organized
from the 26 November 2012 until the 31thJanuary 2013 by MONNIER Frères, simplified joint stock
company with a capital of 399.999 euros, listed under the registration number of 529 256 190 in the
register of companies and trade in Paris,whose head office is located at 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris,
France.
Participants must be of age. One single participation per household (same name, same address).
The giveaway consists in the following:
Bag Lil Ukita, Marc by Marc Jacobs, with a commercial value of 395€
At the end of the fourth week, a big giveaway will be taking place taking in account all the participants
of the four weeks.
In order to participate in the giveaway, the visitors of the facebook page of MONNIER Frères
https://www.facebook.com/MonnierFreres?sk=app_451238828246701
must participate in the competition and accept the permission request. Everyone accepting the
permission request will be automatically considered as an Opt-in.
The prices will be delivered to the winner's addresses indicated after contacting the winner. They will
be contacted by email by the host company at the end of the competition in order to comfirm their
deilvery address.
Every price that will be resent either by mail or directly with the recipient in charge of the transport to
the company organizing the competition, for whatever reason (eg.: doesn't live at the indicated address
anymore) will be considered as refused by the winner.
The participation in this competition requires the acceptation of all the terms and conditions, laid down

General rules of the competition "My Daily Look"
ARTICLE 1 : OBJECT
MONNIER FRERES, simplified joint stock company with a capital of 399.999 euros, listed under the
registration number of 529 256 190 in the register of companies and trade in Paris, whose Head office
is located at 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France - organizes a competition that enables the
participants to have access to the free giveaway named "My Daily Look" (until the 31thJanuary 2013
(periode during which the participant must register for the competition) (hereunder "the competition)
with no obligation to buy.
ARTICLE 2 : PARTICIPANTS
Everyone registering with the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/MonnierFreres?sk=app_451238828246701 will be considered as a
participant in the competition (cf. Article 3-1 for the inscription conditions)
The competition is limited to one participation per household (same name, same address)
Everyone living in Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, the Benelux States, France, Great Britain,
Italy, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgary, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Lettonia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco,
Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Roumania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, Ukraine and being older than 18 can participate in the giveaway.
People excluded from the giveaway are: the complete staff of the organizing company (MONNIER
Frères) and the companies having collaborated with the competition or having a legal relation with the
organizing company, as well as their relatives (wife, husband, parents, children, brothers and sisters as
well as other people belonging to the same household)
The participation in the raffle by answering the quizz "My Daily Look" requires a loyalty which
involves the entire respect of the rules and rights of other participants.
ARTICLE 3 : Competition Methods
1- Participation :
First Step: Everyone who wants to participate in the competition must like the facebook page of

Second Step: The user must click on the button « I participate! »
Third Step: Registration : every participant must accept the demand of permission on the Facebook
page of Monnier Frères https://www.facebook.com/MonnierFreres?sk=app_451238828246701 and is
consequently considered directly as an opt-in and must respect the rules of the competition.
Forth Step: the giveaway: There will be one single winner selected at the end of the giveaway.
ARTICLE 4 : DOTATIONS
The organizing company gives through the giveaway a bag Lil Ukita by the brand Marc by Marc
Jacobs with a value of 395€ to the winner.
ARTICLE 5 : ATTRIBUTION AND ALLOWANCE OF THE PRICES
The winners will be determined by an informatic algorythm of the organizing company and the owner.
The giveaway will end on the following date: 28/01/2013 midnight : The organizing company gives
through the giveaway a bag Lil Ukita by the brand Marc by Marc Jacobs with a value of 395€ to the
winner.
After the verification of the personal information the benefitting participant will be contacted by the
organizing company, either via mail or via email within 15 days after the giveaway.
Afterwards, the winner sends an acceptance letter or email to the organizing organisation in order to
receive the price. If a price is not demanded before the 20/03/2013 it will be lost and can not be
replaced in any kind of way.
Once the mail or letter of the winner has reached the organizing company, the organizing company
will send the price to the authorized countries (cf. list of countries in article 2) within a maximum of
60 days beginning from the giveaway to the address which the winner indicated as his or her home and
accept the transport charges. There can be no legal action taken if the organizing company can't send
the price to the winner because he or she has indicated the wrong address during the registration, if he
or she has clearly, no matter how, managed to manipulate the result of the competition or didn't
respect the competition's rules.
The prices are personal and can't be sent to other persons.
The price cannot be complained and cannot be exchanged into money, it can either be exchanged nor
replaced (the organizing company reserves the right to replace the suggested price at every time with
other prices with the same value)
Prices that are returned because of difficulties concerning the name or address of the winner will not
be resent and in that case the organizing company will stay the owner of the product.
ARTICLE 6 : THANKFULNESS OF THE PARTICIPATION
The competition is free with no obligation to buy.
The organizing company must refund the internet costs to every participant who aks for it in order to
connect to the website to participate in the game
(The refund is based on the regular rate in every country and contains the connection to the website
lasting up to 5 minutes)
ARTICLE 7 : RESPONSABILITIES AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
The organizing company is not responsible for any prejudice (personal, physical, material, financial
aso) that happens to the participant during the participation in the competition. The participation in the
competition corresponds to the acceptance of this condition.
No complaint will be accepted.
The organizing company is not responsible for any disappointment of the winner concerning his or her
price.
Right to cut short, to extent, to modify and to cancel the competition
The organizing company is not responsible if for whatever reason (IT-problem, virus etc...) or in case
of an act of God (fire, flood, natural catastrophy, strike etc...) the competition will be extended,
modified, transferred or cancelled.
The management reserves the right to cancel the competition if it is not capable of guaranteeing the
personal information's safety of the competition's participants of "My Daily Look"
Exclusion Rights
The organizing company reserves the right to exclude without warning and at every moment any
participant who doesn't respect the competition's rules .
ARTICLE 8 : PERSONAL INFORMATION
By accepting the raffle the winners give the authorization to the organizing company to use their
name, surname, addresses and/or email addresses in every promotional campaign without giving the
participant the possibility to gain more than the price of the raffle.
The personal information concerning the participants will be used by the organizing company and
especially by their commercial agents as well as by the marketing department.
With the acceptance or without opposition of the participants, the collected information can be used by
the organizer or its partners in order to inform about new products and about offers that could be
interesting for the participants.
The collected information will neither be sent nor communicated to Facebook.
By referring to the rule n° 78-17 of the 6th of January 1978 referring to the documents and freedom,
the participant has the right of opposition (art. 26 of the law), of access (art. 34 to 38 of the law), of
removal (art. 40 of the law) and of rectification (art. 36 of the law) of the given information.

The organizing company will not be in any case responsible for the loss of personal information or of
the spoilage of the information.
The organizing company is not responsible if the information given during the registration of a
participant and not belonging to him or her or if, for whatever reason, the information is not readable
or impossible to process.
ARTICLE 9 : RULES
These rules have been laid down at Maître Kremmer Christian, Huissier de Justice, SELARL AHRES,

ARTICLE 10 : ACCEPTATANCE OF THE RULES
The participation in the competition contains the acceptance without any reserve of the whole rules
from the validation of the registration.
The participant accepts to fulfill all the requirements of the competition as well as the acceptance of
the laws and rules belonging to promotional competitions by registering on the website
Any modification of the rules results in the rules being laid down once again at

BOURG EN BRESSE CEDEX, and will come in force beginning from its online presence and every
participant will be considered to have accepted it through his or her participation in the competition,
beginning from the date of the come in force of the modification.
ARTICLE 11 : INFORMATION
It is agreed that, except in the case of an obvious error, the data contained in the information systems
of the organizing company has a probative value as to the connection and the information resulting
from a data processing on the game.
ARTICLE 12 : LITIGATIONS
The law that applies is the French law. Any dispute arising on the occasion of this game and can not
be settled amicably shall be brought before the courts of Paris.
Finally, if any provision of these regulations are declared null and void, this does not in any way affect
the validity of the regulation itself.
The organizing company also tells you that this game is not managed, or associated or sponsored by
Facebook and thus the responsibility of Facebook can not under any circumstances be used in any case
of dispute.

adresse e-mail afin de convenir d’une adresse de livraison.
Tout lot qui serait retourné à l'Organisateur du jeu par la poste ou par le prestataire en
charge du transport, pour quelque raison que se soit (par exemple : n'habite plus à l'adresse
indiquée) sera considéré comme abandonné par le gagnant.

ARTICLE 1 : OBJET
La Société organisatrice, MONNIER FRERES, société par actions simplifiée au capital de
399.999 euros, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris sous le
numéro 529 256 190 et dont le siège social est situé 29 rue Tronchet – 75008 Paris –
France, organise entre 26 novembre 2012 et 31 janvier 2013 (durée pendant laquelle le
participant doit s’inscrire) un jeu concours qui donne accès à un tirage au sort gratuit intitulé
«My Daily Look» (ci-après "le jeu") et sans obligation d'achat.
ARTICLE 2 : PARTICIPANTS
Participants
Toute personne qui s’inscrit sur l’URL suivante :

sera considérée comme participant au jeu concours. (cf Article 3-1 pour les modalités
d’inscription)
La participation au jeu est limitée à une par foyer (même nom, même adresse).
La participation à ce tirage au sort est ouverte à toute personne résidant en France
métropolitaine, Allemagne, Royaume-Uni, Italie, Andorre, Autriche, Belgique, Bulgarie,
Chypre, République Tchèque, Danemark, Estonie, Finlande, Grèce, Hongrie, Islande,
Irlande, Lettonie, Liechtenstein, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Malte, Monaco, Montenegro, PaysBas, Norvège, Pologne, Portugal, Roumanie, Slovénie, Espagne, Suède, Suisse,
Ukraine et ayant plus de 18 ans.
Seront exclus du tirage au sort final : le personnel de la Société organisatrice (Monnier
Frères) et des sociétés ayant collaboré à la création de ce jeu ou ayant un lien juridique avec
la société organisatrice, ainsi que leurs proches (conjoints, parents, enfants, frères et
soeurs et les autres résidents du même foyer).
Participer au tirage au sort en répondant au questionnaire : «My Daily Look» implique une
attitude loyale, signifiant le respect absolu des règles et des droits des autres participants.
ARTICLE 3 : MODALITÉS DE JEU
1- Participation :

Deuxième étape : L’utilisateur doit cliquer sur le bouton « Je Participe ! »
Troisième étape : L’inscription : chaque participant doit accepter la demande de permission

et est par conséquent directement considéré comme Opt-in, et doit suivre la consigne du
jeu.
Quatrième étape : Le tirage au sort :
Un tirage au sort final le dernier jour du jeu concours : un seul gagnant sera tiré au sort.
ARTICLE 4 : DOTATIONS
La société organisatrice offre par tirage au sort, au gagnant un Sac à rabat Lil Ukita, de la
marque Marc by Marc Jacobs et d’une valeur totale de 395€.
ARTICLE 5 : ATTRIBUTION ET REMISE DES PRIX
- Les gagnants seront déterminés par un algorithme informatique dont la Société Organisatrice
est propriétaire.
Le tirage au sort aura lieu à la date suivante :

31 janvier 2013: La société organisatrice offre par tirage au sort, au gagnant un Sac à
rabat Lil Ukita, de la marque Marc by Marc Jacobs et d’une valeur totale de 395€.
Après vérification de la véracité des informations nominatives, les participants bénéficiaires
sont avisés par la Société organisatrice, par courrier postal ou électronique dans les 15 jours
suivants le tirage au sort.
Le gagnant envoie alors à la Société organisatrice un courrier postal ou électronique pour
réclamer le lot. Tout lot non réclamé avant le 20/03/2013 sera perdu et ne pourra donner lieu
à aucune indemnisation possible.
Une fois le courrier d’acceptation du gagnant reçu, la Société organisatrice s'engage à
expédier, en France métropolitaine, à ses frais, le lot dans un délai maximum de soixante
jours à compter du tirage au sort à l'adresse où les gagnants auront élu domicile.
Sans préjudice de toute action judiciaire, la Société organisatrice n'est pas tenue de faire
parvenir un quelconque lot au Participant bénéficiaire si celui-ci n'a pas saisi correctement
ses coordonnées lors de l'inscription, s'il a manifestement, et par n'importe quel moyen,
réussi à fausser le résultat du jeu ou ne s’est pas conformé au présent règlement.
Les lots sont nominatifs et ne peuvent être attribués à d’autres personnes.
Les lots ne pourront donner lieu à aucune contestation, ni à la remise de leur contre-valeur
en numéraire, ni à leur échange ou remplacement (il est entendu toutefois que la Société
organisatrice se réserve la possibilité de substituer à tout moment aux lots proposés,
d'autres lots d'une valeur équivalente).
Les lots retournés pour toute difficulté dans le nom ou l'adresse du destinataire ne seront ni
ré attribués ni renvoyés et resteront la propriété de la Société organisatrice.
ARTICLE 6 : GRATUITE DE LA PARTICIPATION
Le jeu est gratuit et sans obligation d'achat.
La Société organisatrice s'engage à rembourser à tout Participant qui en fait la demande les
frais téléphoniques engagés pour se connecter au Site et ainsi participer au JEU (le
remboursement sur la base d'un forfait correspondant à une communication locale au tarif en
vigueur chez France Télécom, d'une durée de connexion au Site de 5 minutes par
participation).
ARTICLE 7 : RESPONSABILITÉ ET DROIT DE LA SOCIÉTÉ ORGANISATRICE
La Société organisatrice ne pourra être tenue responsable d'un préjudice de quelque nature
(personnelle, physique, matérielle, financière ou autre) survenu à l'occasion de la
participation d'un joueur à son jeu. La participation du joueur vaut acceptation de cette
condition. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée.
La Société organisatrice se dégage de toute responsabilité relative à une éventuelle
insatisfaction des gagnants concernant leur lot.
Droit d'écourter, de proroger, de modifier ou d'annuler le jeu.
La Société organisatrice ne pourra être tenue responsable si, pour une raison indépendante
de sa volonté (fraude informatique, virus, etc…), ou en cas de force majeure (incendie,
inondation, catastrophe naturelle, grève, etc…), ou si les circonstances l’exigent, ce jeu
venait à être écourté, modifié, reporté ou annulé.
La direction de la Société organisatrice se réserve la possibilité de suspendre le jeu si elle
estime qu'elle n’est plus en mesure d'assurer la sécurité des informations personnelles des
participants au jeu «My Daily Look».
Droit d'exclusion
La Société organisatrice se réserve la possibilité d'annuler à tout moment et sans préavis la
participation de tout joueur qui n'aurait pas respecté le présent règlement.
ARTICLE 8 : INFORMATIONS NOMINATIVES
Du seul fait de l'acceptation de leur lot, les gagnants autorisent la Société organisatrice à
utiliser leur nom, prénom, adresses physiques et/ou email dans toute manifestation
publipromotionnelle sans que cette utilisation puisse ouvrir de droit et rémunération autres
que le lot gagné.
Les informations nominatives concernant les participants sont destinées à l'usage de la
Société organisatrice, notamment à ses agents commerciaux et son service marketing.
Sous réserve de leur consentement explicite ou, selon les cas, à défaut d’opposition de leur
part, les informations collectées sur les participants pourront être utilisées par l’organisateur
et/ou ses partenaires afin de mieux les servir et de les informer de leurs nouveaux produits
et offres susceptibles de les intéresser.
Les informations collectées ne sont destinées ni ne seront communiquées à Facebook.

l'inscription d'un participant ne lui parvenaient pas pour une quelconque raison ou lui
arrivaient illisibles ou impossibles à traiter.
ARTICLE 9 : REGLEMENT
Le présent règlement est déposé chez Maître Kremmer Christian, Huissier de Justice,

ARTICLE 10 : ACCEPTATION DU REGLEMENT
La participation au jeu dès validation de l’inscription implique l'acceptation sans réserve de
son règlement complet. En s'inscrivant sur le site, le joueur certifie satisfaire toutes les
conditions nécessaires pour jouer au jeu en respectant les conditions du présent règlement
ainsi que les lois et réglementations applicables aux jeux promotionnels.
Toute modification du règlement donnera lieu à un nouveau dépôt chez Maître Kremmer

Tout participant refusant la ou les modifications intervenues devra cesser de participer au

ARTICLE 11 : INFORMATIONS
Il est convenu que, sauf dans le cas d'erreurs manifestes, les données contenues dans les
systèmes d'information de la Société organisatrice ont force probante quant aux éléments de
connexion et aux informations résultant d'un traitement informatique relatif au jeu.
ARTICLE 12 : LITIGES
La loi qui s'applique est la loi française. Tout litige né à l'occasion du présent jeu et qui ne
pourra être réglé à l'amiable sera soumis aux tribunaux de Paris.
Enfin, dans l'hypothèse où l'une des clauses du présent règlement serait déclarée nulle et
non avenue, cela ne saurait en aucun cas affecter la validité du règlement lui-même.
La Société Organisatrice vous précise également que ce jeu n’est ni géré, ni associé ni
parrainé par Facebook et qu’ainsi la responsabilité de Facebook ne pourra en aucun cas être
retenue en cas de litige.
