My name is Capt Pilon.
2.
I represent the 34 Canadian brigade group training officer of the
Joint Task Force Quebec. In other word an army unit in the Canadian armed
forces located in Montréal.
3.
We intend (wish) to conduct an expedition (hiking and backcountry
camping in Akshayuk Pass) composed of some 40 armed forces members. The
expedition would be executed from 20 - 28 August 11 in the Auyuittuq National
Park.
4.
The expedition is not an armed expedition, nor is it a military
manoeuvre exercise. It's simply a trek made by a group of armed forces
members to discover the north. We would start from PANGNIRTUNG, hike the pass
up to the impressive THOR, ODIN and ASGARD, and hike back to PANGNIRTUNG.
5.
Do you foresee a problem with our intent?

Furthermore, is the timing (20-29 august 11) ideal for our
expedition due to our planned group size?
