Yes the program will be centralized
and managed from the Bank’s head
office, currently in Tunis and may be
relocating to Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire at
a later date.

or the staff member (for the
purchasing and travel cards), the
administration of the card and
processing of the payments would be
centralized
at
the
Bank’s
headquarters.
La Banque ne recherche ni un
nouveau système de gestion ni une
solution de outsourcing. La Banque
recherche une compagnie qui va
émettre les cartes de crédits pour son
utilisation et pour l’usage de son
personnel pour régler les dépenses
administratives et de voyages. Le
prestataire de services retenu devra
fournir la carte avec les systèmes de
technologie et les outils nécessaires
qui permettront l’intégration avec le
system SAP ERP de la Banque et
aussi l’automatisation de la fonction
de traitement des transactions.

requires a company that will issue
credit cards for its use and also for
the use of its staff to settle
administrative and travel expenses.
The service provider has to supply the
card with necessary IT systems and
tools that will ensure integration
with the Bank’s SAP ERP system as
well as automation of the transactions
processing function.
