Domaines de recherche
Mes travaux de recherche se situent dans le domaine d’ingénierie des services et de systèmes d’information à la convergence
de trois axes: l'ingénierie des méthodes situationnelles, l'ingénierie des processus et l'ingénierie des besoins.
Ingénierie des méthodes situationnelles
J’ai développé une approche d’ingénierie des méthodes situationnelles pour le développement, l’évolution et
l’interopérabilité des systèmes d’information. Cette approche se base sur la notion de composant de méthode et des
processus d’assemblage qui prennent en compte la situation particulière de chaque projet et permettent de construire une
méthode spécifique à chaque projet. J’ai appliqué cette approche à la construction des méthodes destinées aux domaines
spécifiques tels que :

Evolution des SI par intégration des services : conception des services de système d’information (SSI) ; définition
des composants de méthode pour l’intégration des nouveaux SSI dans un SI existant ; aide à la sélection des
composants de méthodes selon la situation du projet ; évaluation de l’impacte d’intégration des SSI. Une partie du
projet à été financé par FNSRS.

Interopérabilité des SI : création des composants de méthodes pour résoudre des problèmes d’interopérabilité des SI ;
cadre de référence pour l’analyse et la caractérisation de la situation projet d’interopérabilité et identification des
problèmes/opportunités d’interopérabilité ; études des cas ; évaluation des composants de méthodes. Ce travail a été
réalisé dans le cadre du projet Européen NoE INTEROP. Un projet livre est en cours.
−
E-governement : construction d’une ontologie à base des lois pour le développement des systèmes d’information
institutionnels. Ce projet a été réalisé en collaboration avec le CTI de l’Etat de Genève.
Ingénierie des processus
Je travaille à la définition des processus stratégiques et flexibles en général et les processus d’ingénierie des systèmes
d’information incluant des aspects tels que la flexibilité, l’adaptabilité, l’évolution, la distribution en particulier.

Formalisme de modélisation des processus stratégique MAP : développement d’un système de représentation des
processus d'ingénierie de systèmes d'information, nommé MAP, qui permet la représentation dans un même modèle
plusieurs façons de conduire un processus d'ingénierie. C’est une représentation multi-modèle basé sur les concepts
d’intention et de stratégie permettant la construction du modèle suivi pendant le déroulement d'un projet de manière
dynamique à partir des multi modèles contenus dans la représentation.

Intégration des services SI : développement d’un processus stratégique d’intégration des nouveaux SSI dans un SI
existant.
−
Gestion de la sécurité : Représentation des processus de gestion de la sécurité avec le formalisme MAP ; intégration
de plusieurs techniques existantes dans un processus stratégique multi-modèle. Collaboration en cours avec le centre
de recherche publique Henri Tudor, Luxembourg.
Ingénierie des exigences
Je collabore à la création des approches d’ingénierie des exigences de nature différente : à base de scénarios, dirigés par
des objectifs ainsi que celles qui combine ses deux notions. Je propose d’élaborer des approches situationnelles plutôt que
universelles.
−
CREWS-L’Ecritoire : développement d’une approche de découverte des exigences formalisés par des couples <but,
scénario>. L’approche exploite de manière bidirectionnelle les deux concepts afin d’atteindre la complétude et la
cohérence des exigences. Le travail a été réalisé au centre de recherche en informatique de l’Université Paris 1.
−
RESCUE : ré-ingénierie de la méthode RESCUE (Requirements Engineering with Scenarios in User-Centred
Environments) sous forme d’un ensemble de composants de méthodes agencés dans un processus stratégique ;
évaluation et extension de la méthode grâce à sa nouvelle modularité et flexibilité. Le travail a été réalisé en
collaboration avec le ‘Centre for HCI Design’, City University, Londres, Royaume Uni.
−
Exigence des services informationnels : exploration et adaptation des approches d’ingénierie des exigences à la
conception, développement et intégration des services informationnels.
Autres thèmes émergeants
En restant toujours dans le domaine d’ingénierie des services et des SI je m’intéresse à des nouveau domaines de
recherche tels que.
−
MaaS – Method as a Service: révision de la notion de composant de méthode dans une perspective « service ».
L’objectif de ce travail consiste à mieux définir la granularité, l’interopérabilité et la disponibilité d’un service méthode.
−
Gestion de projets et la science de services : exploration, adaptation, innovation dans la gestion des projets SI et
tout particulièrement des projets de mise en place de nouveaux services métier.
−
Développement distribué : développement d’un cadre de référence pour faciliter la gestion des projets distribués,
identifier et gérer les risques dus aux différents types de distance (géographique, temporelle, socio-culturelle, etc.).
