entered into force on March 17, 2010.

2.2.7.1.
Documented System
Work instructions exist for all workstations. An internal quality system
according to ISO9001-2008 is documented in a QM Manual Doc. No. PU
10.02 revision 4 dated 2011-06-14.
The quality assurance system is covered by an certificate no. CH04/0775,
valid until November 16, 2013.
The language used is Croatian.
Work- and Maintenance-instructions exist for all workstations.
For traceability each process step for each tire is documented on a checklist
(card) following the tire. All retreaded tires are documented individually by
a follow-up sheet.

Requirements of regulation
2.2.7.2.1.
Presence of E/e mark
Only tires having e or E mark will be accepted in production. This is
documented in the work procedure for incoming inspection.

Reconstruction process
The complete retreading process of the company is following the working
instructions and procedure described in the Goodyear’s “International
Retread Process Manual”. The process is mainly composed of the following
steps.

Customer complaints and non-conform products in production are analyzed
and documented in various analyses.
2.2.8.
Load/Speed Endurance tests and measured dimensions of the tyres:
The tests have been carried out with the tyres listed under item 2.1. The
tyres withstood the test procedure for 47 hours and fulfilled the size
requirements before and after the tests.

Test facilities
All measuring and test equipment used to carry out the inspections are in
accordance with the ECE-Regulation stated in 1.1. of this report and with
ISO 17025.
3.
Evaluation of test results
3.1.
Variants and equipment covered
The tests carried out cover the following component variations and
equipment as far as these are relevant for the approval of the production of
retreaded pneumatic tyres:
-
different tire carcasses as stated in annex B
tire sizes as stated in annex B
tire tread as stated in annex B
trade marks as stated in annex B
3.2.

3.2.1.
Main report:
Not applicable.
3.2.2.
Extension 1:
The follow-up audit, carried out by the technical service, has demonstrated
that the retread production unit still satisfy to the requirements laid down
during the initial assessment as far as the procedures, operation, instructions
and specification documentation provided by material suppliers, are
concerned.
The holder of the approval has demonstrated for each year of production,
and spread throughout that year, representative retreaded tyres samples of
the range being produced, are checked and tested as prescribed in this
Regulation

Statement of compliance
The inspections items and measurements carried out have shown the
compliance of the technical unit described in this report and the attached
Annex with the requirements of the ECE-Regulation No. 109 including
supplement 6 to the 00 series of amendments entered into force on March
17, 2010.

5 - MEANS USED TO GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTION
CONFORMITY
5.1 Does the company have a certified quality system :

5.2 Working specifications for the casings checking :
Casings are checking by shearography, and visually and by touch
in the check station.
Operators are trained (qualified) by the TIP-TOP and TECH technicians for repair.
Limits for repairing are defined based on TIP-TOP and TECH standards.
Casings are throwing away according to damage codes, and then return to the buyer
or send to the specialized company for mechanical destroying.
5.3 Selection method for the retreading raw material and procedure concerned :
According to the GAR Manual.
According to the Bridgestone Retreading Manual.
According to the Michelin Retreading Manual.
Treads are stored in the plant, and based on needs doing re-cementing.
Cushion gum, cement and colours are stored in the separated air-conditioned space.
Material is using based on shelf-life.
5.4 Procedure used during all the process to guarantee the quality level :
Procedure according to GAR, Bridgestone Retreading and Michelin Manuals.
