Website booking system
You can access to the website booking system of the ARPEGE platform:
- either through the website www.arpege.cnrs.fr by clicking on « Réservation des machines »
and then « Réservation ARPEGE » (A),
- or directly at this address: www.arpege.cnrs.fr/grr/login.php (B).

Equipment reservations
To choose the language, click on the flag:

To reserve a machine, choose the booking date:
Click here:
Then click on
(2) or here:

(4) to reserve a time-slot.
In summary:

For example, to book the PHERAstar at 9:00 am on Thursday, the 1st of March 2011, click
here

Then, fill in the following fields:
1) Short description: write your first name and your phone number (1).
2-3) Beginning and end of the reservation (2-3).
4) Resources: select the machine (4).
5) Type: select « Manip » (5).
6) Save (6).

7) Check that you are registered with the right equipment and at the right time slot.

Edit the reservation
You can edit or delete your reservation:
Click on your name, for example: ARPEGE (1) :

Then click on:
- « Modifier cette réservation », to edit the reservation (2),
- « Effacer cette réservation », to delete it (3).

To change the personal settings
To edit your personal settings, click on « Gérer mon compte » (4) :

You can change :
- your e-mail (1),
- your password (2), if you want to change your password,
- your preferences : the language (3), the color (4), etc.
Don’t forget to save (5).
