Neoen is headquartered in Paris and has an experienced staff of around 100 employees. Outside of France, the largest Neoen subsidiary is in Australia, from which development, finance, operations and maintenance activities are coordinated out of Sydney and Canberra. Neoen is a fully integrated renewable energy player with a “own and operate” model, which means Neoen has always focused on delivering the most competitive and feasible projects and is incentivised to take a long term view regarding project counterparties, financing, construction, operations and asset management. Since its founding in 2008, Neoen has expanded beyond its local market in France and has established branches in Portugal (2010), Australia (2012), Mexico and Egypt (2013), El Salvador and Mozambique (2014). Neoen continues to expand its international presence and is actively developing projects throughout Africa, in Central America, in the Pan-Caribbean region, in the Middle East and in the Asia-Pacific region. Neoen established its Australian branch in August 2012 and since that time has achieved a number of important milestones: - Initiated the development of over 1GW of solar and wind projects through organic growth, local partnerships and strategic acquisitions; - Successfully tendered for Stages 1, 2 and 3 of the ACT Government’s Next Generation Renewables Auction for its 315MW Hornsdale Wind Farm project in South Australia. Neoen’s price for third stage of $73/MWh represents the lowest cost renewable energy project in Australia; - Successfully tendered for ARENA’s large-scale solar funding program for three of its projects in New South Wales with a total capacity of 129MW; - Entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Origin Energy for the supply of Large-scale Generation Certificates from the 10.6MW DeGrussa Solar Farm in Western Australia. The DeGrussa project is the largest integrated off-grid solar and battery storage facility on a mine site in the world; - Completed construction on the first stage of the Hornsdale Wind Farm with full energisation having taken place 10 months after financial close; and - Started the construction of the remaining two stages of the 315MW Hornsdale Wind Farm. Position: Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will work in a small dedicated team following large scale projects through the full life cycle. You will be in charge of all the finance functions of a portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for forecasting and accurately managing project budgets and cash flows for those projects. You will manage at the project(s) level treasury, accounting, and tax functions, overseeing the work of external service providers, to ensure the integrity of the accounts, and produce timely reports for key stakeholders including financiers, management and co-investors. Principal Accountabilities: - Financial and operational reports of the project companies - Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records (manage outsourced accounting), - Supervision of internal controls - Comprehensive set of controls and budget yearly, - Enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with local generally accepted accounting principles and international financial reporting standards. - Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit - With the support of third party providers, comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Coordinate corporate documentations with legal counsels - Accompany regional growth ((new projects, or new information systems) - Coordinate bank processes (debt drawdown, debt repayment and financial reports) and minority shareholders Profil candidat : Nb de poste à pourvoir : 1 Expérience souhaitée : 24 mois Niveau d'étude demandé : Bac + 5 et plus Business France - CiviWeb 1/2 REFERENCE : VIE/90123/23112016 Langue : Anglais , Français , , Domaines de compétences : Finance , Contrôle de Gestion Filière d'étude : Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Business France - CiviWeb , DESS (Master Professionnel) 2/2
