THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, november 2, 2012 ________________________ 2165 2166 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, november 2, 2012 ________________________ THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, november 2, 2012 2167 MINISTER’S ORDER/ARRÊTÉ MINISTÉRIEL ________________________ The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62 and 63 ] ________________________ Alteration of boundaries — between the VILLAGE OF GOODSOIL AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF BEAVER RIVER NO. 622 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Village of Goodsoil has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Village of Goodsoil and the Rural Municipality of Beaver River No. 622 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the village the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Village of Goodsoil; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order.
