Les frais seront pris en charge par la Commission dans les limites de sa réglementation pour un expert par
Etat membre:

FRAIS DE SEJOUR: NON
Il sera demandé à chaque expert de donner tous les détails relatifs à sa banque (nom et adresse de la banque,
numéro et titulaire du compte bancaire, IBAN, code guichet).
Coordonnées bancaires
Pour l'enregistrement d'un nouveau compte bancaire (c'est-à-dire en cas de premier paiement par la
Commission sur ce compte) ou modification des données bancaires, il est impératif de remettre au
secrétaire de réunion, sous forme papier:
-
soit, un document (ou copie) émis par la banque reprenant les données suivantes : numéro et titulaire
du compte (extrait de compte, avis d'ouverture de compte, relevé d'identité bancaire - RIB),
accompagné du signalétique financier en annexe dûment complété et signé par le titulaire du
compte;
-
soit, à défaut, ce signalétique financier dûment complété et signé par la banque et par le titulaire du
compte.
Sans ce(s) document(s), les services de la Commission ne pourront procéder au remboursement des frais.

FOR THE MEMBER STATES
The Commission will, in accordance with its rules, bear the expenses of one expert per Member State as
follows:
TRAVEL EXPENSES:
YES (ECONOMY FLIGHT or FIRST CLASS TRAIN)
SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES: NO
Each expert will be requested to give his or her bank details (name and address of bank, number and holder
of account, IBAN, bank code).
Bank details
It is essential for the registration of a new account (i.e. in the event of a first payment by the Commission
on this account) or for the modification of existing bank account detail to provide the following
information, in paper form, to the meeting secretary:
- either a document (or copy) issued by the bank giving the following details: account number and
name of account holder (bank statement, notice of the opening of the account, bank identity statement),
together with the financial identification sheet given in the annex, duly completed and signed by the
account holder;
-
or the attached financial identification sheet duly completed and signed by the bank and by the
account holder.
Without the above-mentioned document(s), the Commission services will be unable to proceed with the
reimbursement claim.

The Commission's services have decided that the reimbursement of travel costs for government
experts can only be made on the account of their Ministry. May we kindly ask you to check the bank
account which is on your sticker?
If you have been using your private account for the reimbursement of your travel costs up to now,
please provide the Commission with the bank details of your Ministry. If your sticker mentions the
bank account of your Ministry, no additional information will be needed.

Jeder Experte wird gebeten, Einzelheiten bezüglich seiner Bank (Name und Adresse der Bank, Kontonummer
und Inhaber des Bankkontos, IBAN, Bankleitzahl) mitzuteilen.

Bei der Eröffnung eines neuen Bankkontos (d.h. im Falle einer ersten Zahlung durch die Kommission
auf dieses Konto) oder bei der Änderung der Bankangaben müssen der Sitzungssekretärin folgende
Dokumente in Papierform übergeben werden:

entweder ein von der Bank ausgestelltes Schreiben (oder Kopie) mit folgenden Angaben: Nummer
und Inhaber des Kontos (Kontoauszug oder Mitteilung der Kontoeröffnung), zusammen mit dem
Formular über Finanzangaben (siehe Beilage), das ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt und vom Inhaber des
Kontos unterzeichnet sein muss;

oder das Formular über Finanzangaben ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt und unterschrieben von der
Bank und dem Kontoinhaber.
Ohne diese(s) Dokument(e) können die Dienststellen der Kommission die Rückzahlung der Kosten nicht
durchführen.

Specific Privacy Statement for processing of personal data related
to Comitology Committees
DG/Service responsible: Health and Consumers – Directorate G
Title of Committee: Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health
Context:
Personal data related to the administrative management of Comitology committees will be
processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing
of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such
data.
Purpose:
The processing of personal data is only for management purposes. This involves keeping lists
with contact details for sending invitations, documents, security (access control to
Commission premises) and reimbursements purposes:

Data necessary for organising and managing meetings such as gender (Mr/Ms), name,
organisation to which he/she belongs, e-mail address, phone/fax number.

Data necessary for security (access control to Commission premises) such as ID
card/Passport number and date of birth, name, surname, organisation he/she belongs to,
gender.

Data necessary for reimbursements purposes such as means of transport, hotel
accommodation and banking details, as per the Commission's rules.
No personal data of individuals are included in the summary records of meetings.
Due to the transparency policy of the European Institutions, summary records of meetings and
list of authorities represented at the meetings are published in the Comitology Register
Controller/processor:
The relevant processing operations are under the responsibility of Unit "Institutional Issues"
of the Secretariat General of the European Commission, acting as Controller.
The DGs/Service as indicated above performs the processing under the strict instructions of
the Controller.
Recipients:
The access to all personal data related to the meeting of the committee is UserID/Password
protected and only accessible for the assigned Commission staff member(s), such as the
Chairperson, Secretary of the committee and its supporting team within the relevant

operational service indicated above, staff of other services that are involved with the
implementation of the same EC policies or programmes, staff of services that are responsible
for payments or the translation service for the purpose of improving the translations of
relevant implementing measures, as well as possible contractors committed by the
Commission, without prejudice to possible transfer to monitoring or inspection bodies upon
its request in accordance with Community legislation.
Data retention:
Personal data is kept for a maximum of 5 years by the processor after last meeting attended
where after it is transferred to the historical archives for permanent conservation.
Your rights:
You have the right to object that your personal data is treated as stated above.
Any verification or modification of your personal data should be addressed to the above
committee (or Committee configuration) secretariat of the European Commission by using the
Contact information below.
Any discontinuation as representative of the Member State and, where applicable, the
Associated State or Candidate Country, or expert accompanying a representative, in the
committee meetings should be addressed to the relevant Permanent Representation to the EU
with copy to the secretariat of the comitology committee (or Committee configuration).
