We are next door to the abbey where Richard the Lionheart is buried. We sell
traditional & favourite, and often impossible to find, English food products such
as Fray Bentos Pies, Traditional English Puds, Custards & Jellies to name but a
few + a range of ‘health foods’ + just in for Christmas & the New Year we have:Presents/ Présents, Bric-a-brac; books/livres; Gift baskets/Paniers de cadeau; Food
Hampers/Paniers de nourriture; Jams and Chutneys/Confitures et chutney;
Christmas Puddings; Xmas Cards; Xmas Crackers etc + English & French Pottery/
Poterie & Arts & Crafts and much much more!!
So why not get us to create a special Food Hamper for you!
We open every afternoon until 7:00 pm, except Sunday’s, - unless by prior
arrangement
We also offer a delicious ‘light bites’ menu, including a special Christmas menu;
& by reservation
celebratory meals including romantic dinners and Sunday lunches –
(Why not book a Christmas Day or Christmas Eve Dinner, drink as much as you like –
within reason of course, and stay in one of our lovely rooms in our Chambre d’Hotes!)
Another aspect of our business is that for adults we offer Creative Writing ‘Tasters’
with a view to creating an on-line anthology
and for children, Card Making Workshops & Parties (up to 8 children)
comprising a card making session followed by a tea party. Prices by arrangement according to
