Bei Zustandekommen einer Reservierung (Beherbergungsvertrag)
gelten die österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen. Sollten in der
Reservierungsbestätigung die Preise abweichen, so gelten immer die angeführten Preise laut
Preisliste bzw. Reservierungsbestätigung. Preisänderungen, Druckfehler und Irrtum sowie
Angebotsänderungen vorbehalten. Es gelten die Bestimmungen des österreichischen
Hotelvertragsrechtes.
Bei FIXER Reservierung (nur schriftlich gültig)
einer Ferienwohnung bzw. eines Zimmers erbitten wir um Anzahlung laut
Reservierungsbestätigung (spesenfrei für Empfänger). Mittels Banküberweisung auf unser
Konto (Konto bei der Raika in Ischgl, Kto. Nr. 23887, BLZ 36248, IBAN AT 95 3624 8000 0002

Doppelzimmer werden NICHT als Einzelbelegung vermietet!
Bei Buchung eines Doppelzimmers durch eine Einzelperson wird der doppelte Preis ohne
jegliche Reduktion in Rechnung gestellt!

Bar, Euroscheckkarte (A, D, NL, CH), Karte GÜLTIG ab 3. Tage Aufenthalt

Wir behalten uns vor, zu bestimmen Zeiten bzw. bei kurzfristigen Anfragen ZUSCHLÄGE zu
berechnen.

Im Sommer ist die Saunanutzung nicht inkludiert!

Bei Buchungen von Pauschalwochen
erfolgt keine Rückvergütung bei späterer Anreise oder früherer Abreise.

Für nicht in Anspruch genommene Leistungen (Frühstück etc.)
erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

WIR AKZEPTIEREN KEINE HAUSTIERE!

Stornierungen
sind nur schriftlich gültig. Bei Nichtanreise oder Stornierung bis spätestens drei
Monate vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag berechnen wir die Anzahlung als
Stornogebühr. Bis einen Monat vor dem Ankunftstag werden 40 %, bis eine
Woche vor dem Ankunftstag werden 70 % und in der letzten Woche vor dem
Ankunftstag oder bei vorzeitiger Abreise werden 90 % vom gesamten
Arrangement verrechnet. Es gilt das österreichische Hotelreglement.

Reiserücktrittsversicherung
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer privaten Reiserücktrittsversicherung
nach Abschluss der Reservierung. Sie deckt alle Stornokosten bei Unfall,
Krankheit, Tod des Versicherten oder seiner Familienangehörigen vor
Urlaubsantritt bzw. während des Aufenthaltes. Bitte bei uns nachfragen - wir
informieren Sie gerne näher bzw. hier buchen: Reisestornoversicherung www.europaeische.at

Nichtraucher - Raucher?
Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass unsere Zimmer, Wohnungen sowie
Frühstücksraum Nichtraucher-Bereiche sind. Gerne können Sie auf dem
Balkon rauchen.

An- und Abreise:
Am Abreisetag stellen wir Ihnen das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung bis 9:30 Uhr
zur Verfügung, bitten andererseits um Ihr Verständnis, dass das Zimmer bzw.
die Wohnung in der Regel nicht vor 15.00 Uhr bezogen werden kann. Bei
Ankunft nach 19:00 Uhr bitten wir um Benachrichtigung

Small print - Notes to our rates
Following you will find important information and details about our terms and conditions. We are
always at your disposal for questions and would be pleased to personally assist you!

The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (ÖHVB)
apply for bookings already made. In case the rates in the booking confirmation differ, the
rates from the currently valid price list apply. A new price list invalidates all previous price
lists! Price changes, printing errors, mistakes, as well as change of offer excepted! The
agreement for accommodations is given in accord with the Conditions for the Hotel Industry
(AGBH) 2006 as well as other special conditions.
•
In case of a FIXED booking (valid only in writing) of an apartment or a room we request a
deposit as stated in the booking confirmation (free from costs for the recipient).
The deposit is to be paid by postal cheque or by bank transfer to our account
(account at the bank "Raika" in Ischgl, account no. 23887, sort code 36248 (free from costs
for the recipient).

Kid Discount for additional bed: up to 4 years: Euro 6 / up to 15 years: 50% discount / from

We do NOT rent double rooms for single use! In case of a double room booked for a single
person, the full rate for a double room is charged without reductions!

Methods of payment: cash, euro cheque (A, D, NL, CH), card payments accepted from 3 days
of stay
•
For stays of up to 3 days a surcharge for short stays applies.
•
Season-Opening and Season-Closing: therefore we charge the Ski Magic Prices!
•
If you book a package week you will not get refunded in case of late arrival or early
departure.
•
Final cleaning of apartments from will be charged additionally.
•
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS!
•
Cancellations are only valid in written form. Up to three months prior to the
planned day of arrival the accommodation contract can be cancelled without
cancellation fees. Up to one month prior to the planned day of arrival we
charge 40%, up to one week prior to the date of arrival we charge 70%, and
during the last week prior to the date of arrival or in case of early departure
we charge 90% of the entire period booked. The Austrian Regulations apply.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance
(www.europaeische.at)!
•
Trip cancellation insurance we take out private travel insurance
recommended at the end of the reservation. It covers all cancellation costs in
case of accident, illness, death of the insured or his family members before
the holiday and during the stay. Please ask us - we will inform you in detail or
in this book: trip cancellation insurance -(www.europaeische.at).
•
Non-smoker - Smoker? Please note that our rooms, apartments, and our
breakfast room are no-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the
balcony.
•
Arrival and departure The rooms and apartments are usually not available
before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The rooms and apartments have to be
vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. On arrival after 19:00 clock we
ask for notification.
