KALAWY BAY (HURGHADA)
Was dieses Tauchgebiet vor allem auszeichnet, ist die
einzigartige Lage zwischen dem Golf von Sues und dem
Golf von Akaba. Hier findet man legendäre Tauchplätze wie
Shark’s Reef, das auch „Ras Mohammed“ genannt wird,
und Jackson Reef, das auch „Straße von Tiran“ heißt. Hier
kann man an 365 Tagen im Jahr tauchen, es stehen genug
Tauchplätze zur Verfügung, und zwar für alle Erfahrungsstufen. Was man unter Wasser sieht, ist dank einer großen
Vielfalt an Hart- und Weichkorallen ziemlich einzigartig.
What really sets this dive spot apart is its fantastic location
between the Gulfs of Suez and Aqaba. You can find legendary dive sites here, including Shark’s Reef, known locally
as Ras Mohammed, and Jackson Reef, or the Straits of
Tiran. There are enough accessible dive sites here that there
will be something to suit all levels of experience, and you
can dive 365 days a year. Thanks to the wide variety of
types of hard and soft coral, what you see underwater is
nothing short of unique.
Auch für Kalawy Bay, den Ferienort bei Hurghada, gilt: Man
kann an 365 Tagen im Jahr hier tauchen. Und weil in Kalawy
Bay nur wir, die Magicdivers, unterwegs sind, sind wir oft
allein auf weiter Flur. Gedränge an den Tauchplätzen gibt es
hier nicht. Entsprechend finden sich auch noch zahlreiche
unberührte Tauchplätze. In Kalawy beeindruckt den Taucher
ein kilometerlanges Saumriff. Und was hier auch noch ein
ganz besonderes Erlebnis ist: Es besteht durchaus die
Möglichkeit, Großfischen unter Wasser zu begegnen.
Kalawy Bay, the holiday resort near Hurghada, is another dive
site where you can taste underwater reality year-round. And
because we Magicdivers are the only ones to be diving in the
area, we often find ourselves completely alone here. There are
no crowds at the dive sites, and many sites are entirely untouched as a result. Divers will be impressed by the kilometres
of seam reef at Kalawy. And something else here that is a very
special experience: there is a good chance that you will meet
large fish underwater.

KEMER (ANTALYA)
FUERTEVENTURA
Das ist sicher einer der spektakulärsten Tauchplätze am
Mittelmeer: Hier findet der Taucher Grotten, Durchgänge
und sogar Schiffswracks. Auch Nachttauchgänge sind sehr
beliebt. Kemer bei Antalya ist vor allem als Aus- und Weiterbildungsort für Taucher sehr beliebt und gefragt. Unter Wasser findet der Taucher nicht nur das übliche Mittelmeerangebot an Flora und Fauna, sondern auch aus dem Roten Meer
und durch den Sueskanal eingewanderte Lebewesen, wie
Flötenfische, Prachtsternschnecken und Soldatenfische.
Without a doubt one of the most spectacular dive sites in the
Mediterranean, where the diver will find underwater caves,
channels and even shipwrecks. Night dives are also very popular here. Kemer, near Antalya, is most popular as a site for training brand-new and more experienced divers. Underwater, you
will find not just the usual Mediterranean range of flora and fauna when diving, but also creatures that have arrived from the
Red Sea and via the Suez Canal, such as cornet fish, sea slugs
and soldier fish.
Aus sehr gutem Grund sind die Kanarischen Inseln als
Tauchrevier sehr beliebt. Hier herrschen durchgehend
gemäßigte Temperaturen und so ist es an 365 Tagen im Jahr
möglich, unter Wasser zu gehen. Auf Fuerteventura gibt es
genug gute Tauchplätze, die leicht erreichbar sind, und
natürlich ist die Flora und Fauna des Atlantiks sehenswert.
Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass man bei den Tauchgängen auf
Stechrochen, Engelshaie, Zackenbarsche und Muränen
stößt, ist ziemlich groß.
The Canary Islands are very popular as a diving area,
and not without good reason. The area enjoys moderate
temperatures throughout the year, so enphusiasts can
enjoy a dive 365 days a year. There are a wide range of
accessible dive sites around Fuerteventura, and the
Atlantic flora and fauna are well worth seeing, as you
would expect: there is a high probability that you will
bump into stingrays, angel sharks, Brazilian groupers
and Moray eels while diving here.
