INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION
Develop and gain skills.
This program supports migrants in Germany through
offering German language courses which focus on practical
professional language use, vocational orientation and
basic business skills in fifteen different professional fields.
After a preliminary meeting, participants will be placed
in groups based on their existing German language skills,
basic knowledge of business practices and work experience.
Based on these factors lessons are designed, and if
necessary supplemented by E-learning.

(optional 6 weeks):
Practical training in a
company

Job interview training,
finding positions, job
search strategies
Timeframe
The program takes a total
time of 16 weeks, with
an optional addition of 6
weeks work experience.
