2) € net. 22,70 excl. VAT / statutory charges (*) per person per working day
3) € net. 13,90 excl. VAT / unique booking fee for administration per person

ADDITION TO THE ORDER SHEET / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Client = You as the customer / Contractor = BTL Services
1) Preamble
During the exhibition the client needs free-lance hostesses in order to support him in certain fields of activity on his booth.
2) Object of Agreement
The contractor supplies the client with free-lance hostesses for the exhibition. The services and tasks are described on this order sheet.
The price per working hour for a free-lance hostess and all related statutory charges and booking fees are firm prices.
3) Working activities / period of breaks / crew
The free-lance hostesses and promoters are only allowed to work at private-based company events, sales promotions and fairs with an
industrial or rather economic background. All assignments have to be defined clearly. Activities and tasks which are not explicitly noted on
this order sheet or which have not been agreed upon by the contractor and the client will not be accomplished by the hostesses. All
activities and tasks during the exhibition or event must not violate against human right. The contractor is committed to offer every freelance hostess and promoter a free of charge warm meal each day. Moreover, the contractor is obliged to offer his hostesses and
promoters at least two paid 15 minute breaks during a 7 hour working day. However, during a 10 hour working day he is obliged to offer a
paid 15 minute break three times a day.
4) Payment in advance
100% of the order value including VAT and taxes have to be paid in advance. Offsettings are inadmissible! Provided services beyond
this order will be accounted separately by the contractor. In case of a delay of payment, the contractor is allowed to charge the client
dunning charges and default interests.
5) Period of Cancellation
In case the client withdraws from the contract after the signing, the client still needs to pay the following amounts of the contract volume:
- 30 days before the beginning of deployment/ 0% of the contract volume
- 29-08 days before the beginning of deployment / 50% of the contract volume
- 07-03 days before the beginning of deployment / 90% of the contract volume
- 02-01 days before the beginning of deployment / 100% of the contract volume
6) Duration of Contract
The contract starts after the client signs the order sheet and ends on the last day of the exhibition at 12 pm.
7) Enticement of hostesses
An enticement or exchange of contact dates between the free-lance hostesses and the client is strictly prohibited. If the client
contravenes this aspect, he has to pay a contract penalty of € net 1.500,00 plus VAT per exchanged contact date. Sexual assaults,
immoral requests, offerings, other similar physical harassments and physical contacts to the free-lance hostesses will be prosecuted
according to the German BGB law. In case of prosecution the client will have to prove that he was not culpable regarding the
contravention of the contract.
8) Safeguarding Clause
This contract represents the entire agreements between the contract parties. Additional oral agreements do not exist. Changes and
replenishments need to be done in written form. This is also applicable with regard to a deviation of the written requirement. A written
requirement is also guaranteed via fax –or email letters. Solely the German law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable with
regard to this contract. Court of jurisdiction is Hamburg. In case one or more determination of this contract should become ineffective, it
does not affect the effectiveness of other determinations. The ineffective regulation needs to be replaced with an effective one which is
rather close to the legal and economic intentions of the contract parties.
