Faculté de droit de Notre Dame LL.M. en études juridiques américaines Page 1 sur 12 Instructions concernant les candidatures Le programme de LL.M. d’études américaines de la Faculté de droit de Notre Dame met en œuvre une philosophie de revue de l’intégralité d’une personnalité, de manière à constituer une promotion à partir d’un grand nombre de candidats hautement qualifiés. Nous cherchons à recruter des étudiants du monde entier possédant de multiples dimensions, avec une grande variété de talents, de passés, d’expériences, de réalisations et de points de vue. L’aptitude académique, telle que reflétée par les résultats académiques au sein de l’Université est importante. Toutefois, la Faculté de droit considère un vaste éventail d’éléments en plus des évaluations quantitatives. Les personnes impliquées dans la procédure d’admission sont attentifs à l’objectif de la Faculté de former des juristes qui soient compétents, empathiques, et engagés avec intégrité au service de leurs clients. Exigences générales • Un titre de Docteur en droit ou de Licence en droit obtenu auprès d’une Université ou d’une Faculté agréée • Un formulaire de demande • Un texte personnel indiquant votre intérêt particulier pour le LL.M. au sein du programme d’études juridiques américaines de la Faculté de droit de Notre Dame • Un Curriculum Vitae • Deux lettres de recommandation Les demandeurs doivent soumettre leur demande en ligne par l’intermédiaire du système de candidature en ligne du LSAC. Frais de dépôt de candidature Des frais de dépôt de candidature de 75 $ sont demandés. Vous pouvez régler les frais de candidature en ligne par l’intermédiaire du LSAC en même temps que vous transmettez votre demande. Date limite de soumission La date limite de soumission pour une admission au programme d’études juridiques américaines de LL.M. est le 01/04/2015. Entretiens et évènements sur le campus Des étudiants sélectionnés peuvent être invités à des entretiens téléphoniques. Toutefois, les entretiens ne sont pas exigés dans le cadre de la procédure d’admission. Exigences en matière de maîtrise de l’anglais Les demandeurs dont la langue maternelle n’est pas l’anglais doivent présenter l’attestation officielle du score obtenu à l’un des tests suivants : TOEFL Le score minimum requis est de 100 pour le test sur Internet ou de 600 pour le test papier. IELTS Le score minimum requis est de 7 sur une échelle de 9 points pour les modules académiques de l’IELTS.
