Janet Derbawka is a partner in the Vancouver office. Janet
advises clients on general business law, including structuring,
negotiating and documenting a broad range of
corporate/commercial transactions with an emphasis on
acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and financings. Janet
has acted as counsel in numerous multi-jurisdictional
transactions including cross-border transactions involving foreign
purchasers. Her experience spans a variety of industries
including technology, gaming, financial services, retail, and
facility management.

transactions for both landlords and tenants. She also represents
clients in real estate acquisitions and sales, and secured
transactions for lenders and borrowers. She has been counsel
