Le présent document est délivré afin d’informer l’Assuré détenteur d’une Carte American Express Professionnels/TPE
en cours de validité et, de ce fait, titulaire de la Police N°FRDAFY00132109, de la possibilité d’accepter ou de décliner
certaines garanties auprès d’une société de véhicules de location.
Ces garanties s’appliquent à toutes les locations effectuées auprès d’une Société de Location de Véhicules et réglées
par Carte American Express Professionnels/TPE. L’assurance Véhicule de Location ne couvre l’Assuré que pour un
contrat de location à la fois et elle est valable dans le Monde Entier.

- Deductible Extended Waiver (DEW) : Rachat total de franchise ;
indemniseront l’assuré du montant des dommages matériels, y compris ceux résultant d’incendie, de vandalisme, de
vol et/ou perte de l’usage du Véhicule de Location, tant à titre privé que professionnel, intervenant pendant la Période
de Location, que sa responsabilité soit engagée ou non.
Les garanties :
− Supplemental Liability Insurance / Top Up Liability (SLI) : Responsabilité Civile Supplémentaire ;
− Liability Insurance Automobile (LIA) : Responsabilité Civile Automobile de la Société de Location de
Véhicules ;
− Personnel Accident Insurance (PAI) : Assurance dommages corporels des personnes transportées ;
indemniseront l’Assuré des sommes restées à sa charge en cas de dommages corporels et matériels résultant d’un
accident couvert par la Responsabilité Civile Automobile de la Société de Location de Véhicules.

This document is provided to inform Insured persons who hold a valid Professional/VSE American Express Card and,
therefore, Policy N° FRDAFY00132109, of their option to accept or decline certain vehicle rental company cover
options.
The cover is applicable to all rentals from a Vehicle Rental Company paid with a Professional/VSE American Express Card. The
Rental Vehicle insurance only covers the Insured for one rental contract at a time and is valid Worldwide.
