UTILISATION
1. Utiliser la poignée de support ou d’autres façons de sécuriser et soutenir l’appareil sur une plate
forme stable.
2. Ne pas forcer le fonctionnement de l’appareil. Le pistolet à silicone pneumatique a été conçu
pour une tâche spécifique. Respecter les conseils d’utilisation du produit et ne pas l’utiliser à
d’autres fins.

CONFIGURATION D’ARRIVEE D’AIR ET RISQUES

1. Pour une utilisation optimale, incorporez un régulateur, un lubrificateur et un filtre linéaire.
2. Lors d’une utilisation prolongée, si vous n’utilisez pas un système de lubrificateur de ligne
automatique, ajouter quelques gouttes de lubrificateur dans le raccord d’admission de l’outil
toutes les heures d’utilisation de l’appareil.
3. Ne pas dépasser la pression d’air maximum de 90 PSI/6.2 bar comme indiqué sur l’outil.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ouvrir le corps du pistolet en dévissant la bague de maintien.
2. Introduire la cartouche de silicone avec la canule visée sur la cartouche puis resserrer la bague
de maintien.
3. Connecter l’arrivée d’air sur le pistolet.
4. Régler la pression d’air à l’aide de la molette selon le débit de silicone souhaité.
LUBRICATION ET ENTRETIEN
Lubrifier l’outil quotidiennement avec une huile pour outil pneumatique de qualité. Si aucun
graisseur n’est utilisé sur le réseau d’air pneumatique, verser directement un peu d’huile dans l’outil
à travers le raccord d’air puis faites fonctionner. Pour ce type d’outils, vous pouvez également utilise
une huile inhibiteur de rouille.

ANWENDUNG

ANORDNUNG DER DRUCKLUFTZUFUHR UND GEFAHREN
Empfohlene Komponenten der Druckluftversorgung

linearen Filter.
2. Wenn Sie bei einem längeren Gebrauch keine automatische Schmierung nutzen, geben Sie jede
Stunde ein paar Tropfen Schmiermittel in den Zufuhranschluss des Geräts.
3. Den auf dem Gerät angegebenen, maximalen Luftdruck von 90 PSI/6,2 bar nicht überschreiten.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
1. Um das Gehäuse der Pistole zu öffnen, den Haltering abschrauben.
2. Die Silikonkartusche mit aufgeschraubter Kanüle einsetzen und den Haltering wieder
festschrauben.
3. Die Druckluftzufuhr an die Pistole anschließen.
4. Mit Hilfe des Rändelrads die Druckluftzufuhr je nach gewünschter Silikonmenge einstellen.
SCHMIERUNG UND WARTUNG
Das Gerät täglich mit einem hochwertigen Öl für Druckluftgeräte schmieren. Wird im
Druckluftsystem kein Schmierapparat verwendet, geben Sie vor dem Betrieb ein wenig Öl direkt in
den Druckluftanschluss des Geräts. Für dieses Gerät kann auch ein Rostschutzöl verwendet werden.

WORK AREA HAZARD & PERSONAL SAFETY

walking or work ground.
7. Repetitive work motions, awkward positions and exposure to vibration can be harmful to hands
and arms. If numbness, tingling, pain or whitening of the skin occurs, stop using the tool and
consult a physician.
8. Always wear impact-resistant eye and face protection when operating the tool. Near the
operation, repairing, maintaining or when changing accessories on the tool.
TOOL USE AND CARE
1. Use support handle or other practical ways to secure and support the work piece to a stable
platform.
2. Do not force the tool. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct tool can do the job
better and more secure at the rate of tool designed.
3. Disconnect the air supply before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the
tool. Always disconnect the air supply before performing any inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning the tool.
4. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer for your model.
5. When using a tool that is designed to have a guard, the guard should be in place to offer
protection from flying debris, grinding swarf, or sparks.
AIR SUPPLY SETUP AND CONNECTING HAZARD
Recommended Air Line Components
1. For an optimal use, you should incorporate an Regulator, oiler and an inline filter.
2. If you are not using an automatic lubricating system, before operating the tool, add a few drops
of Pneumatic Tool Oil to the airline connection. Add more after each hour of constant using.
3. Do not exceed maximum air pressure of 90 PSI/ 6.2 bar or as stated on tool nameplate.

Open the gun body by removing the retaining ring.
Insert the silicone cartridge with the cannula, and tighten the retaining ring.
Connect the air supply to the gun
Adjust the air pressure using the dial in the desired flow rate of silicone.
LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
Lubricate the tool daily with a good grade of air tool oil. If no air line oiler is used, run a teaspoon of
oil through the tool. The oil can be squirted into the tool air inlet, or into the hose a the nearest
connection to the air supply, then run the tool. A rust inhibitive oil is acceptable for air tools.
