1 Allgemeine Hinweise
1 General Instructions
Sorgfalt und Sauberkeit bei der Montage / Demontage sind
die Voraussetzung für eine einwandfreie Funktion der Gleitringdichtung.

Den Druckring 474 an der Rückseite des Gehäusedeckels
in die Ausdrehung einlegen. Die Federn 477 auf die Innensechskantschrauben 914 schieben. Diese Schrauben 914
mit den Federn 477 durch die Bohrung in den Druckring
474 stecken und im Pumpendeckel verschrauben.
Darauf achten, dass sich der Druckring 474 frei bewegen
kann und nicht mit verschraubt wird.
Der Einsatz von Schraubensicherungskleber am Gewinde
der Innensechskantschrauben 914 ist von Vorteil.
Den O-Ring 412.02 in die Nut im Gehäusedeckel einlegen.
Vorab mit geeignetem Schmiermittel versehen.
Achtung!
EPDM darf nicht mit mieralischem Fett oder Öl in Berührung kommen.
Den Gleitring 472 vorsichtig montieren. Dabei die freie Beweglichkeit des Druckringes 474 überprüfen.
Den O-Ring 412.01 für den Gegenring 475 in die Wellenhülse 523 einlegen. Den Gegenring 475 vorsichtig eindrükken.
Darauf achten, dass kein Fett oder ein anderer DauerSchmierstoff verwendet wird, um die Drehmomentübertragung nicht zu gefährden. Mit Schmierseife kann die
Reibung aber reduziert werden.
Die Gleitflächen trocken und sauber machen. Dann die
Wellenhülse 523 mit dem Gegenring 475 auf die Pumpenwelle schieben und zur Anlage bringen.

trouble-free operation of the mechanical seal.
2 Installation

Place thrust ring 474 into the recess at the back of the casing cover. Push springs 477 onto socket head cap screws
914. Thread these screws 914 with springs 477 through the
hole in thrust ring 474 and tighten them in the pump cover.

Make sure the thrust ring can move freely and is not tightened in the process.
We recommend to apply a thread-locking adhesive to the
thread of socket head cap screws 914.

Place O-ring 412.02 into the groove in the casing cover.
Coat with a suitable lubricant beforehand.
Attention!
Don’t use mineral lubricant, if the seal is equipped with
O-rings made of EPDM rubber.

Carefully fit spring-loaded ring 472. Make sure that thrust
ring 474 can move freely.

Place O-ring 412.01 for seat ring 475 into shaft sleeve 523.
Push seat ring 475 carefully into position.
Make sure not to use any grease or other permanent lubricants, so as not to jeopardize proper torque transmission.
Soft soap may be used, however, to reduce friction.

Ensure that the contact faces are dry and clean. Then push
shaft sleeve 523 with seat ring 475 onto the pump shaft until
it will not go any further.

Procéder avec méthode et maintenir les pièces dans leur
propreté initiale lors du montage / démontage.

Insérer la bague de serrage 474 dans la rainure sur le dos
du couvercle de corps. Glisser les ressorts 477 sur les vis à
six pans creux 914. Enfoncer ces vis 914 avec les ressorts
477 à travers l’alésage dans la bague de serrage 474 et les
visser au couvercle de pompe.
Veiller à ce que la bague de serrage 474 puisse se déplacer librement, elle ne doit pas être vissée.
Il est recommandé d’enduire les filets des vis à six pans
creux 914 d’une colle de blocage pour vis.
Insérer le joint torique 412.02 dans la rainure sur le couvercle de corps. L’enduire d’un agent lubrifiant approprié.
Attention!
Le matériau EPDM ne doit jamais entrer en contact avec
une graisse ou huile minérale.
Monter avec précaution le grain mobile 472. Ce faisant,
contrôler la mobilité de la bague de serrage 474.
Insérer le joint torique 412.01 pour le grain fixe 475 dans la
chemise d’arbre 523. Enfoncer avec précaution le grain
fixe 475.
Il est interdit d’utiliser de la graisse ou un autre agent lubrifiant permanent pour ne pas entraver la transmission du
couple. Pour réduire le frottement, utiliser du savon noir.
Les faces de friction doivent être propres et sèches. Ensuite, glisser la chemise d’arbre 523 avec le grain fixe 475
sur l’arbre pompe jusqu’à la butée.

Colocar el anillo de presión 474 en el mandrilado posterior
de la tapa de carcasa. Deslizar el muelle 477 sobre el tornillo de cabeza interna 914. Introducir este tornillo 914 con el
muelle 477 en el taladro del anillo 474 y enroscarlo en la
tapa de la bomba.
En la operación anterior se ha de cuidar que el anillo de presión 474 pueda moverse libremente y no quede atornillado.
Es ventajoso aplicar adhesivo de seguridad sobre la rosca
del tornillo de cabeza interna 914.
Colocar la junta tórica (O--ring) 412.02 en la ranura de la
tapa de carcasa, aplicando antes un lubricante apropiado.
¡ Atención !
El material EPDM nunca deberá entrar en contacto con
grasa o aceite mineral.
Montar el anillo estacionario 472 con la máxima precaución, comprobando el libre movimiento del anillo de
presión 474.
Colocar la junta tórica (O--ring) 412.01 en su alojamiento
del casquillo del eje 523. Montar el anillo deslizante 475
presionando equilibrada y cuidadosamente.
En el montaje de este anillo no se debe usar grasa o lubricante permanente alguno para no arriesgar la transmisión
del par de giro. No obstante, con jabón graso se puede reducir la fricción.
Limpiar y secar rigurosamente las caras deslizantes del
cierre. Después, se desliza el casquillo del eje 523, con el
anillo 475, sobre el eje de la bomba hasta su tope.
