L’Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek was named “One of the Top Ten Restaurants in the Southwest” by Condé Nast Traveler. We also have the area’s most extensive wine program to compliment our world class cuisine and ambiance. Winner of the Wine Spectator‘s “Best of Award of Excellence”, the only one in Northern Arizona, our wine list was hand crafted to emphasize the boutique selections available from the U.S., as well as more diverse international selections. We search out the best wines from the top wineries in the three main Arizona wine regions; Cochise County, Sonoita/Elgin, and the Verde Valley. While some grapes are sourced from California, many great wines are made right here in Northern Arizona. The service staff works closely with the Executive Chef Rochelle Daniel to create wine pairings that best accompany her, “French with a modern American approach cuisine.” -13/2/2015 Table of Contents Wines by the Glass 3 Half Bottle White & Sparkling Wine Selections 4 Half Bottle Red Wine Selections 5 Champagne & Sparkling Wines 6 Arizona Whites & Reds 7 Sauvignon Blanc 8 Riesling 8 Chardonnay 9-10 Other Interesting Whites 11 Pinot Noir 12-15 Cabernet Sauvignon 16-18 Cabernet Sauvignon Blends 19-20 Syrah and Rhone Blends 21-22 Merlot 23 Zinfandel 23 Sangiovese and Italian 24 Tempranillo and Spanish 25 Other Interesting Reds 25 Large Format Bottles 26 Dessert 27 -23/2/2015 Wine by the Glass Glass Bottle Sparkling & Champagne Langlois Brut Rosé, France, NV 48 12 Prosecco, Anselmi, Italy, NV 15 60 Perrier Joulet Grand Brut, A Epernay NV 20 90 Martinelli, N/A Sparkling Cider 7 28 White & Rose Gewürztraminer, Navarro, Non-Alcoholic 10 40 Rosé, Muga, Rioja, Spain 2012 12 48 Riesling, Snoqualmie, Columbia Valley 2012 12 48 Pinot Grigio, Chloe, Valdadige, Italy 2013 12 Chenin Blanc, Pine Ridge, California 2013 44 12 48 Sauvignon Blanc, Charles Krug, Napa Valley 2013 12 48 Chardonnay, Antica, Napa Valley 2012 16 Chardonnay, Ardeche, Louis Latour, French 2013 64 16 64 Château d'Yquem, Sauternes 2005 675 50 Red Pinot Noir, Row Eleven, St Maria Valley 2013 17 68 Pinot Noir, Wedell Cellars, Santa Rita Hills 2011 20 80 Malbec, Diseno, Mendoza Argentina 2012 16 64 Cotes-Du-Rhone, MonCour, France 2012 16 64 -33/2/2015 Syrah, David Girard, Sierra Foothills 2009 17 68 Merlot, Markham, Napa Valley 2012 17 Cabernet Sauvignon, Conn Creek, Napa Valley 2011 68 15 60 Cabernet Sauvignon, Niner, Paso Robles 2010 20 80 Zinfandel, Napa Cellars, Napa Valley 2013 17 80 -43/2/2015 Half Bottle White Wine Selections Champagne 3004 Tattinger ‘La Français’, Brut NV 48 3007 Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Yellow Label, Brut NV 75 3006 Pierre Gimmonet, Cuis Premier Cru, Brut NV 66 3010 Duval Leroy,Brut Rose NV 44 3024 Nicolas Feuillatte, Brut Rose NV 60 3008 Perrier Jouet ‘Grand Brut’ NV 60 Sparkling 3002 Schramberg, Blanc de Blanc, Brut 3024 Roederer Estate, Anderson Valley, Brut 2007 44 NV 40 Chardonnay 3017 Thiery et Pascale Matrot, Mersault, ‘Blagney’ Premier Cru 2010 72 3005 Frank Family, Napa Valley 2011 48 3015 Cakebread Cellars 2012 50 3023 Clos Duval, Carneros 2011 45 3019 Kosta Browne, One Sixteen 2012 96 2013 44 Other Whites 3013 Pascal Jolivet, Sancerre 3012 Conundrum, California 2011 38 3014 Savary, Chablis 2012 45 3018 Daniel Chotard, Sancerre 2012 51 3020 Santa Margherita, Pinot Grigio, Valdadige 2012 44 3022 St Supery, Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley 2012 30 3011 Michele Chiarlo, Nivole, Moscato D’ Asti 2012 40 -53/2/2015 Half Bottle Red Wine Selections Pinot Noir 3054 3035 28 3057 3037 3047 3050 45 3046 3053 Au Bon Climat, ‘La Bauge Au-dessus’. The “South Block” is ten rows of vines planted in 1968 at Eyrie’s original vineyard. In 1975, David began bottling the wine from these vines separately. At two international wine competitions in Paris (1979) and Beaune (1980), the 1975 South Block Reserve gathered high scores, finishing only two-tenths of a point below the Drouhin 1959 Chambolle -Musigny. It was the first time an American Pinot noir had competed successfully with the great wines of Burgundy, and the first formal recognition of Oregon as a top-rank wine-growing region. 1415 1416 0558 0560 0557 0555 0552 0556 0547 0549 0501 180 0538 0546 Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, ‘South Block Reserve’, Willamette Valley Eyrie Vineyards, 'Original Vines Reserve', Dundee Hills Eyrie Vineyards, 'Original Vines Reserve', Dundee Hills Eyrie Vineyards, ‘Margueite’, Dundee Hills 1975 1975 1976 1220 1983 710 1993 448 1995 480 2000 422 2002 372 2007 338 2010 136 2008 190 2000 Stoller Vinyards, Dundee Hills Tresori, Chehalem Mountain 2009 2010 110 110 2011 60 South Africa 0524 Hamilton Russell Vineyard, Hemel-En-Aarde Valley - 17 3/2/2015 Pinot Noir Régionale 0522 Joseph Droughin, La Foret 2011 85 Gevrey-Chambertin 1509 Regis Bouvier 1514 Domaine Michel Magnien, 'Seuvrees - Vieilles Vignes' 1411 Bernard Dugat-Py, ‘Petite Chapelle - Vielles Vignes’ Premier Cru 1413 Bernard Dugat-Py, ‘Champeaux - Vielles Vignes’ Premier Cru 1439 Dujac Fils & Pere 2009 2009 2009 2009 2009 120 167 480 480 136 Morey-Saint-Denis 1444 Domaine Dujac 1506 Domaine Dujac 1510 Dujac Fils & Pere 1440 Domaine Dujac 2006 2007 2007 2009 212 207 150 146 2005 255 2010 100 Chambolle-Musigny 1527 Domaine Dujac 1431 Dujac Fils & Pere 1441 Dujac Fils & Pere 2007 2007 2009 192 175 136 Vosne-Romanée 1401 Leroy, 'Romanee-St. Vivant', Grand Cru 1476 Bocquenet, 'La Croix Blanche' 1442 Domaine Dujac 'Les Beaux Monts', 1er Cru 1409 L.
