JOINTS DE CULASSE MECA PARTS et MECA PARTS RACING
QUALITE
Les joints de culasse sont fabriqués dans différentes matières sélectionnées suivant les besoins spécifiques de chaque
utilisation (moteur avec une légère préparation, ou amélioration du joint d'origine, moteur tuning ou groupe N, moteur de
compétition avec gros niveau de préparation et puissance très augmentée).
Dans toutes les versions renforcées, les caractéristiques des joints permettent quand même de conserver le rôle de
fusible, ce qui limite la casse des organes du moteur en cas de problème majeur sur celui-ci (surchauffe prolongée,
cliquetis très élevés).
MATIERES
Les principales matières employées dans la confection des joints de culasse sont :
MEILLOR 4200 (moteur série et groupe N) GAMME MECA PARTS RACING
1- fibres aramides et charges minérales liées par un élastomère (nitrile butadiène) agrafées de part et d'autre d'une tôle
en acier zingué perforée.
2- reprise élastique par picotage sur matrice acier.
3- sertissure : pare-feu incompressible, acier spécial plané sous forte pression, traitement bisulfure de molybdène.
renfort-insert : selon définition technique et application moteur.
4- imprégnation - sérigraphie - vernissage, traitement bisulfure de molybdène sur toute la surface du joint.
MEILLOR 5000 : (moteur très amélioré groupe A/F) GAMME MECAPARTS RACING
1- matériau constitué de 2 feuilles de graphite exfolié, agrafées de part et d'autre d'une tôle en acier zingué perforée.
2- reprise élastique par picotage sur matrice acier.
3- sertissure : pare-feu incompressible, inox spécial, traitement bisulfure de molybdène. renfort-insert : selon définition
technique et application moteur.
4- imprégnation - vernissage - sérigraphie.
La gamme MECA PARTS s'adresse à des moteurs de série ou à des moteurs avec une légère préparation dont la
cylindrée est d'origine (TUNING, GROUPE N).
La gamme MECAPARTS RACING est destinée à des moteurs suralimentés de série qui sont très sollicités ou à des
moteurs atmosphériques de compétion avec la cylindrée augmentée et la puissance largement supérieure à l'origine.
