TRAPIANTATRICE AUTOMATICA ROTOSTRAPP
Tempi morti inesistenti ed ottima collocazione della piantina sono i parametri
emergenti della trapiantatrice "Rotostrapp" ad unità modulari e componibili,
disponibile in versione trainata e semovente.
Trapiantante esclusivamente le zolle cubico compresse, di lato compreso tra i 3
e i 5 cm, è regolabile nell'interfila da un minimo di cm 28.
In grado di operare in linea ed a quinconcio con impostazione digitale della
distanza sulla fila da cm 10 a cm 100, le rese orarie ad elemento variano, fino a
max 8.000 piante/ora mentre la velocità varia fino a 2,5 Km/ora.
Gli elementi che compongono la macchina sono tutti indipendenti gli uni dagli
altri ed in grado di seguire per proprio conto l'andamento del terreno.
La messa a dimora operata da un sistema rotante di separazione e collocazione
diretta, è seguita da un adeguato interramento ottenuto da un sistema misto
palette ruote.
Questa macchina risulta essere particolarmente idonea per il trapianto di
insalate ed altri ortaggi.
IMPORTANTE: Si consiglia l'impiego di piante con altezza fino ad un max di cm
8-10.
TRAPIANTATRICE SEMOVENTE AUTOMATICA ROTOSTRAPP
Costruita in versione a 2 e 4 ruote motrici con le più razionali ed evolute
tecnologie moderne, è disponibile con trasmissioni idrostatiche con velocità da
0 a 7 Km/ora.
Dispone di idroguida ad ampia sterzata, sollevamento idraulico, ed aria
compressa per la manutenzione ed il gonfiaggio dei pneumatici.
Dotata di dispositivo segui scia automatico che consente di eliminare il
conducente, può operare con sole due persone.
Su richiesta è possibile avere il bancale di riserva per le piante direttamente
sull'anteriore della macchina (solo per le versioni 4 ruote motrici) riducendo le
fermate di carico del 70%.
Motorizzazione disponibile 35 HP diesel raffreddato ad aria o 52 HP diesel
raffreddamento liquido, avviamento elettrico incluso. Blocco motore
insonorizzato.
Carreggiata ruota disponibile da cm 140 a cm 250.
HAULED AUTOMATIC TRANSPLANTER MOD. "ROTOSTRAPP"
The absence of dead times and optimal positioning are the outstanding
features of the ROTOSTRAPP transplanter, a modular machine available in two
versions, hauled and self-propelled. The machine transplants exclusively
cube–shaped compressed sods with a lateral width from 3 cm (1,18 in) to 5
cm (1,97 in), and the distance between the 2 rows can be varied starting from a
minimum of 28 cm (11,02 in). It is able to operate in straight line and in
“diamond” fashion; the distance on the same row is set by digital control,
ranging between 10 cm (3,94 in) and 100 cm (39,37 in), the working capacity
per hour and element varies to a maximum of 8.000 plants and to a top speed of
2,5 km/h (1,55 mph).
The elements of which the machine is composed are independent from each
other and their autonomy allows them to follow perfectly every kind of soil.
The planting out, realized through a rotating system of separation and direct
placing, is followed by an appropriate covering with earth, obtained with a mixed
system of wheels and earthing up devices. This machine has proved
particularly suitable for the transplant of salad and other vegetables.
IMPORTANT: The machine is suitable for the use of plants with various heights
up to a maximum of 8 -10 cm (3,15 – 3,94 in).
SELF-PROPELLED AUTOMATIC TRANSPLANTER MOD. "ROTOSTRAPP"
Built according to the most rational and modern technologies, the machine is
available in 2 versions: with two and with four driving wheels and can have
hydrostatic shaftings with speed from 0 to 7 km/h (0 to 4,35 mph).
It is equipped with hydro-steering drive, hydraulic lifting-power and
compressed air for maintenance and tyres pumping up. Its automatic steering
device allows to eliminate the driver and have the machine work with just 2
operators.
On request you can have big tray supports directly on the front part of the
machine (it is possible just with the 4 driving wheel version), this way reducing
loading stops by 70%.
The available engines are air (35 HP) or liquid (52 HP) cooled diesel, with
electrical starter included. The engine group in unsonorised.
The track width is available from 140 cm (55,12 in) up to 250 cm (98,43).

PLANTEUSE AUTOMATIQUE MOD. ROTOSTRAPP TRAÎNÉE
L'absence de temps morts et la précision parfaite de plantation sont les qualités
qui mettent en valeur le mieux la planteuse FERRARI ROTOSTRAPP à unités
modulaires, disponible en version traînée et automotrice.
La machine plante des plants en motte de 3 à 5 cm de dimension. La distance
entre les rangs est réglable facilement à partir de 28 cm. La plantation est en
ligne ou quinconce. La distance entre les plants sur le rang, réglée par
commande digitale, varie da 10 à 100 cm. La cadence instantanée maximum de
travail d'un élément planteur est de 8.000 mottes/heure.
Les éléments modulaires sont indépendants les uns des autres pour épouser la
forme du terrain.
Les plants sont séparés par un système rotatif et correctement entourés de terre
par un système mixte de roues-rasettes.
La planteuse est recommandée en particulier pour les plants de salade et autres
légumes en motte.
CONSEIL IMPORTANT: Nous conseillons d'utiliser des plants d'une hauteur
maximum de 8 -10 cm.
PLANTEUSE AUTOMOTRICE MOD. ROTOSTRAPP
La machine, disponible en version 2 ou 4 roues motrices avec utilisation de
technologies modernes et rationnelles, est construite avec transmission
hydrostatique dont la vitesse est réglable de 0 à 7 Km/h.
Elle dispose d'une direction assistée, levage hydraulique et air comprimé pour le
nettoyage de la machine. Pourvue d'un guidage automatique, qui permet de
supprimer le conducteur, elle peut travailler avec seulement 2 personnes.
Sur demande, elle peut être équipée du Dispositif Palette permettant de charger
la palette sur l'avant de la machine (seulement en version 4 roues motrices),
réduisant de 70% les temps de chargement.
Les moteurs disponibles sont des 35 CV diesel refroidi par air et 52 CV diesel
refroidi par eau, avec démarrage électrique. Le moteur est insonorisé.

AUTOMATISCHE UMPFLANZMASCHINE ROTOSTRAPP
Keine Totzeiten und ausgezeichnete Aufstellung der Pflänzchen sind die
Besonderheiten der Rotostrapp Umpflanzmaschine mit modularen und
zusammensetzbaren Einheiten, die in geschleppter und selbstfahrender
Ausführung verfügbar ist.
Sie pflanzt nur die würfelförmigen Schollen (Seitehöhe 3 - 5 cm) auf einen
Mindestabstand von 28 cm zwischen den Reihen um.
Die Maschine arbeitet in Reihen- und Quincunx-Anordnung mit digitaler
Einstellung des Abstands in der Reihe von 10 bis 100 cm, einer stündlichen
Arbeitsleistung pro Pflanzelement bis maximal 8.000 Pflanzen pro Stunde und
einer Geschwindigkeit bis zu 2,5 km/h.
Alle Bauteile der Maschine sind voneinander unabhängig und folgen den Verlauf
des Bodens.
Das Einpflanzen wird von einem rotierenden, direkten Trenn- und
Einpflanzsystem ausgeführt, danach erfolgt die Eingrabung mit Hilfe eines
Schaufel-Rad-Systems.
Diese Maschine eignet sich insbesondere für das Umpflanzen von Salat und
anderen Gemüsearten.
WICHTIG: Es wird empfohlen, maximal 8-10 cm hohe Pflanzen zu verwenden.
AUTOMATISCHE, SELBSTFAHRENDE UMPFLANZMASCHINE ROTOSTRAPP
Die Umpflanzmaschine ist mit einem 2- oder 4-Rad-Antrieb und den
rationellsten und modernsten Technologien ausgestattet. Ferner ist sie mit
Hydrogetrieben mit einer Geschwindigkeitsleistung von 0 bis 7 km/h erhältlich.
Die Maschine verfügt über eine Hydrolenkung mit großem Wendehalbmesser,
einen hydraulischen Hub und Druckluft zur Instandhaltung und zum Aufpumpen
der Reifen.
Sie ist außerdem mit einer Vorrichtung zur automatischen Fahrspurverfolung
versehen, die den Fahrer ersetzt. Für ihren Betrieb sind somit 2 Personen
ausreichend.
Auf Wunsch kann ein Reserve-Untergestell für die Pflanzen geliefert werden,
welches direkt an der Vorderseite angebracht wird (nur für 4-Rad-Antrieb).
Somit können Zeitverluste für das erneute Aufladen um 70% verringert werden.
Verfügbarer Dieselantrieb: 35 PS, luftgekühlt oder 52 PS, flüssigkeitsgekühlt,
einschließlich Elektrostarter, schallgedämmtem Motorblock.
