I.1. L’Hôtel garantit une réservation individuelle jusqu’à 15 h, sauf en cas d’arrivée
plus tardive prévue. Les locations de chambres vont de 15 h à 12 h le lendemain.
Pour toute confirmation de réservation, l’hôtel se réserve le droit de pratiquer une
pré-autorisation sur la carte bancaire donnée à titre de garantie, afin de vérifier la
solvabilité de celle-ci. En aucun cas cette mesure représente un prélèvement bancaire. Un chèque d’acompte de 30 % de la prestation totale peut être demandé
au client, en cas d’une réservation de plus de 500.- Euros. Pour confirmer définitivement la réservation, l’Hôtel s’engage à envoyer au client une confirmation
de réservation ferme, par email ou par courrier. 2. En cas d’annulation partielle
annoncée moins de 72 h avant la date d’arrivée, l’Hôtel se réserve le droit de
débiter la carte bancaire du montant prévu pour les prestations réservées pour la
première nuit. 3. En cas d’annulation totale annoncée plus de 72 h avant l’arrivée,
l’annulation reste sans frais. En cas d’annulation totale annoncée moins de 72 h
avant l’arrivée, l’Hôtel se réserve le droit de débiter la carte bancaire du montant
prévu par la réservation. 4. En cas de non-disponibilité de l’Hôtel réservé, ou en

ou partiellement le client dans un hôtel de catégorie équivalente pour des prestations de même nature, l’ensemble des frais impliqués par le transfert restant
à la charge de l’Hôtel réservé, qui ne pourra être recherché en paiement d’une
quelconque indemnité complémentaire. 5. En application de la réglementation en
vigueur dans certains pays et suite aux falsifications et vols répétés, il pourra être
demandé au client, à son arrivée à l’Hôtel, de remplir une fiche de police, devant
être disponible pour les autorités (présentation d’une pièce d’identité en cours de
validité). 6. La taxe de séjour, de 1.50 € par jour et par adulte est obligatoire et est
reversée à l’Etat. 7. L’Hôtel se réserve le droit d’attribuer au client une chambre à
deux lits ou à grand lit en fonction des disponibilités. Si le client a une exigence à
ce propos, il devra le signaler à la réservation. 8. L’Hôtel ne pourra être tenu pour
responsable en cas de vol, perte ou détérioration de bagages des clients, entreposés dans les parties communes de l’Hôtel, dans la chambre ou dans le parking.
9. L’hôtel rappelle à sa clientèle qu’il se donne le droit de débiter la carte bancaire
donnée en garantie la valeur totale du prix de remplacement des objets, mobiliers
ou matériel cassés, fêlés, ébréchés, détériorés ou volés I.1. The Hotel guarantees

(ouvert du Lundi 9 h au Dimanche à 12 h). La prise de rendez-vous est indispensable pour garantir un service optimal. Le SPA se réserve le droit de définir les
horaires de soins au cours du séjour au Richebourg Hôtel**** Restaurant & Spa.
Les soins inclus dans les forfaits ne sont pas modifiables et les horaires définis lors
de la réservation peuvent être modifiés selon les disponibilités du SPA. Tous les
soins réservés, annulés moins de 48H avant la date d’arrivée sont facturés. Pour
toute(s) réservation(s) de soin(s) d’une valeur supérieure ou égale à 80.- €, le SPA
se réserve le droit de demander au client un numéro de carte bancaire à titre de
