Bobina scomponibile molto robusta adatta per l’uso continuativo nel tempo,
completamente tornita su tamburo, interno flangia e anello esterno flangia. Le
dimensioni sono secondo la norma DIN 46395 oppure a scelta del Cliente, per un
normale impiego fino a 1800 mm di diametro flangia. Fornita con manuale d’uso e
manutenzione, marcatura CE. Adatta per fili metallici. Per l’utilizzo di processo ad
alta velocità su trafilatrici o per trasporto della matassa.
Very solid take-apart reel, particularly indicated for a continuous use in time. It is
fully turned on the winding surfaces (barrel and inner flange) and on the flange ring.
The available sizes are as per DIN 46395 specifications or as indicated by the
Customer, for a normal use up to 1800 mm of flange diameter. It is supplied CE
marked, with an instruction and maintenance manual.Indicated for metallic wire.
To be used for high speed processing on a wiredrawing machine or for coil transfer.

BOSCO
Bobine démontable, très robuste, conçue pour un usage continu dans le temps,
entièrement usinée sur le tambour, à l’intérieur de la joue et sur l’anneau extérieur
de la joue. Les dimensions sont conformes à la réglementation DIN 48395 ou, à la
demande du Client, pour un usage courant allant jusqu’à 1800 mm. de diamètre de
la joue. Fournie avec un livret d’instructions et d’entretien et marquage CE.
Conçue pour des fils métalliques. Pour l’utilisation de procédés à haute vitesse sur
des étireuses ou pour le transport de la couronne.
Fournie également avec les modalités de fermeture/démontage bobine:
- vis centrale avec trou borgne et arrêt de sûreté

Bobina scomponibile molto robusta per l’uso continuativo nel tempo, completamente tornita su tamburo, interno flangia e anello esterno flangia. Lo sganciamento
della flangia inferiore e la chiusura del tamburo avviene automaticamente
agganciando e sollevando la bobina con gli appositi golfari, senza dover svitare
altre viti o ghiere, ad eccezione del fermo di sicurezza. Le dimensioni sono secondo
la norma DIN 46395 oppure a scelta del Cliente, per un normale impiego fino a
1800 mm di diametro flangia. Fornita con manuale d’uso e manutenzione,
marcatura CE. Adatta per fili metallici. Per l’utilizzo di processo ad alta velocità su

automatiquement en accrochant et soulevant la bobine à l’aide des pitons à œil,
destinés à cet effet, sans besoin de desserrer d’autres vis ou écrous, à l’exception

Pour l’utilisation de procédés à très haute vitesse sur des étireuses et pour des
toronneuses. Elle est à même de supporter des traitements thermiques dans des fours.

per velocità fino a 12000 rpm con squilibrio residuo inferiore a 5 grammi.
Adatta per fili di acciaio ad elevata resistenza (steel cord).
Per l’utilizzo di processo ad altissima velocità. Sopporta trattamenti termici in forno.

Elle est à même de supporter des traitements thermiques dans des fours.
