Les oranges Narenja Navelina dites Navelines.
Ce sont les oranges les plus cultivées dans la région de Valence, en Espagne. Variétés
précoces, c'est les premières de la saison (novembre-décembre) et sont donc très
attendues sur le marché européen. Le fruit est légèrement ovale, avec une peau assez
fine et une pulpe douce et juteuse à maturité. C'est l'orange de table par excellence

Focus sur l'orange BIO de la semaine :
Nos convives savoureront, en dessert de leur menu BIO du jeudi 24 mars, une orange sanguine
de variété Tarocco, issue de l'agriculture biologique et en provenance de la Sicile.
Parmi les oranges sanguines, c'est la variété la plus répandue. Elle se caractérise par son fruit
rond de taille moyenne, sa peau lisse orange intense et sa chair pigmentée de rouge-violet foncée
avec peu ou pas de pépins. C'est également une variété d'orange très généreuse en jus.
On la trouve sur nos étals de janvier à mai.







Quelle est la différence entre une mandarine et une clémentine ?
Le mandarinier est en fait un arbre, hybride d’oranger, de pamplemoussier et de citronnier, originaire d'Asie;
alors que le clémentinier est le résultat heureux d’un croisement naturel entre le mandarinier et le bigaradier.
Les principales caractéristiques de la mandarine :
- De taille légèrement plus grande que la clémentine
- Une chair sucrée, parfumée et moins acide que les autres agrumes
- De nombreux pépins contrairement à la clémentine, ce qui expliquerait son moindre succès.
- Une écorce fine de couleur plus rouge-orangé, très facilement épluchable
- Comme tous les agrumes, c'est une excellente source de vitamine C et d'antioxydants





Nommée initialement "clémentine tardive", ce clone de clémentinier fut inscrit en
1985 au catalogue des espèces cultivées au Maroc sous le nom de « Clémentine
NOUR » en référence à cette belle région de lumière (Nour) qui est le Souss,
berceau de cette variété noble.
Ses principales caractéristiques :
• Une coloration complète des fruits plus tardive justifiant que sa récolte se fait en
janvier et jusqu'à la mi-février
• Une écorce plus rugueuse, plus épaissie se détachant facilement à l'épluchage
• Une pulpe orange foncée, juteuse sans pépins
• Une teneur en sucres totaux plus élevée et une moindre acidité
