Born in Reunion Island, young team rider Johanne is a really talented
surfer with a natural smooth and beautifull style. She has developped a
good knowledge of riding consistant waves like the ones of her homespot, St Leu in Reunion island.
From a young age, Johanne has experienced the contest scene, being
for example the youngest surfer to be crowned Europeen Pro Junior
Champion. She is also one of the talented members of the French Surfing Team and you’ll see her very often on the podiums.
This year Johanne started to compete in both circuit Pro junior and
World Qualifing Series, She experienced the different waves and locations of the Women WQS and compete among the best international
surfers, while also securing her place on the Junior Tour .
She was crowned Junior French Champ in Biarritz right after her win at
the Pro Junior Bahia Brazil, taking down some of the best pro surfers
of the tour !
Humble and determinated, Johanne knows that she still has a lot to
learn but her results and her surfing makes everyone think that she ll
be among the best soon ! Johanne is also working hard on her graduation this year, spending her time between travels and school.

Une jeune rideuse plein de talent avec déjà une bonne expérience des
vagues consistantes et un style très esthétique. Johanne est la plus
jeune surfeuse à avoir remporté le circuit Pro Junior Européen. Membre
de l’Equipe de France, elle représente également le drapeau tricolore
lors des différentes compétitions internationale et européenne.
En 2010, Johanne a eu un planning sportif assez chargé, suivant parallèlement le circuit Pro Junior et le circuit ASP Women’s Stars, compétitions qui rassemblent les meilleures surfeuses au monde permettant
d’accéder au circuit très fermé du ASP Women’s World Tour.
En 2010, elle termine sa première année sur le circuit de qualification
au 18ème rang avec sur certaines compétitions des vagues notées parmi les meilleures !!
Elle signe également son premier titre de championne de France espoir
cette même année, juste après avoir remporté le pro junior de Salvador
de Bahia, devant quelques têtes de séries du circuit Pro.
Humble et motivée, Johanne sait qu’elle a encore à apprendre avant
d’accéder au circuit de l’élite féminine mais aborde cette année 2011
avec confiance et détermination.
