CEDRIC RAGOT
Diplômé de l’ENSCI-les Ateliers à Paris en 1999, Cédric Ragot crée son studio de création en 2002.
Volontairement éclectique, il porte une vision transversale sur la pratique du design industriel et
s’investit dans différentes activités : de la cosmétique à l’électronique grand public, des arts de la table
aux équipements sportifs, du mobilier à l’électroménager.
(Cappellini, Rosenthal, Panasonic, Roche Bobois, Alcatel, Swarovski, Schott, Paco Rabanne, Krups,
Lacie, Azzaro, Häagen-Dazs)
Conciliant imaginaire créatif et réalité industrielle, il associe toujours à l’aspect fonctionnel d’un objet
une proposition forte en concept et en image.
Ainsi, plusieurs de ses créations ont été récompensées : un Good Design Award en 2007 pour le vase
Fast avec Rosenthal ; un Wallpaper* Design Awards en 2008 pour les guéridons Majordome avec
Roche Bobois, un Reddot Design Award en 2009 pour les Lacie Flat Cables et un Reddot Design
Award en 2012 pour le 3Mix 5000 Mixer, produit emblématique de la marque Krups..
D’autre part, certaines de ses créations font partie de la collection du Fonds National d’Art
Contemporain et sont exposées à Paris, Hanovre, Vienne, New York, Milan.
