Simone Nadelhofer a rejoint LALIVE en 2009 et fait partie du bureau zurichois de l'Etude. Me
Nadelhofer est spécialisée en contentieux interne et international (y compris droit pénal économique et
entraide pénale internationale), droit bancaire et financier et droit commercial. Elle est membre de
plusieurs associations professionnelles, dont l'Association suisse des experts en matière de lutte
contre la criminalité économique, l'Ordre des avocats de Zurich (ZAV) et la Fédération Suisse des
Avocats (FSA) et fait partie du directoire de l'Association des Juristes Allemands et Suisses (DSJV).
Avant de rejoindre LALIVE, Me Nadelhofer a travaillé comme collaboratrice chez Nater Dallafior
(2008-2009) et Homburger (2003-2006) à Zurich, avocate étrangère chez Rajinder Narain & Co. à
Delhi (2002-2003) et juriste d'entreprise au Crédit Suisse à Zurich (2001-2002).
Me Nadelhofer a obtenu un doctorat en droit, summa cum laude, de l'université de Lucerne en 2008,
pour lequel elle a été récompensée par le prix Professeur Walter Hug et le prix de l'Universitätsverein
Lucerne. Elle est également titulaire d'un Master of Advanced Studies in Economic Crime
Investigation de la Hochschule für Wirtschaft de Lucerne (MAS ECI, 2007). Elle a effectué son stage
d'avocate chez Homburger à Zurich (2001-2002) et est diplômée de l'université de Fribourg (lic. iur.,
bilingue, summa cum laude, 1999).
