Mon engagement
Je m’appelle Christophe Marion et je suis français. Je suis marié
avec une femme taïwanaise, avec laquelle nous avons 2 enfants.
Charles, notre premier, a 8 ans et est en CE2. Notre seconde,
Justine, a 7 ans et est en CP.
Charles et Justine ont fait toute leur scolarité au sein de la section
française de l’école européenne. J’aime cette école dans laquelle
mes enfants se sont épanouis : son projet éducatif, la qualité des
locaux, l’ambiance joviale qui y règne.
Je suis aujourd’hui directeur financier de Carrefour Taiwan, où j’ai
commencé ma carrière il y a maintenant 17 ans. J’ai ensuite occupé
diverses fonctions financières chez Carrefour en Europe. Ma
femme et moi-même sommes revenus à Taiwan il y a 7 ans.
Je présente ma candidature pour le Conseil de Gestion de la
Section française de TES afin de partager mon dynamisme et mon expérience professionnelle, et
notamment quant aux décisions financières à prendre pour la Section française. Je souhaite représenter
au mieux les intérêts des parents, non seulement francophones mais aussi taïwanais.
My commitment
My name is Christophe Marion and I am French. I am married to a Taiwanese lady, with whom I have
two children. Our first, Charles, is 8 years old and is in CE2, while Justine, our second is 7 years old
and is in CP.
Charles and Justine have attended school solely within the French Section of Taipei European School. I
love this school where my children have developed – its educational project, the quality of premises and
the joyful atmosphere that prevails there.
I am currently CFO at Carrefour Taiwan, where I started my career 17 years ago. Then I have held
diverse financial positions within Carrefour finance in Europe, after which my wife and I came back to
Taiwan 7 years ago.
I wish to submit my application for the Managing Board of the French Section of Taipei European
School in order to share my dynamism and professional experience, in particular when it comes to
financial decisions to be taken for French Section. I also commit to represent the best interest of the
parents, both francophone and Taiwanese.
